Così — Restaurant in Chicago

I come in to Così probably 5x a week (location is right next to my office). Every single time I’ve come in, I get greeted by the nicest cohort of workers I’ve ever met. Erica specifically is fabulous - she knows me by name as well as my coffee order. I didn’t seek out becoming a regular, but because of the service, I just can’t see myself getting coffee anywhere else on my commute. The point system they use is very straightforward with no gimmicks, which is much appreciated since the decline of Starbucks’ infamous point system. To top everything off, the restaurant opens at 7am and they’ve let me in early to get a coffee more days than not. Could not recommend this spot...

I order a catering from this place through EZ Cater. The food arrived 45-50 MINUTES LATE, almost AN HOUR. After speaking with Ez Cater and with the caterer, it was completely the CATERER FAULT, and not the driver´s fault. I was cautious, and I ordered the food to arrive 30 minutes before the event, but even with that, the food arrived super late. It was an important ceremony with a presentation. I HAD THE PEOPLE STANDING STILL AND SOME OF THEM LEFT THE EVENT BECAUSE WE COULDN´T START FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES. I missed another important appointment because I needed to call EZ Cater and the restaurant constantly. WON´T RECOMMEND THIS...

I recently visited Cosi for lunch, and I had a taste two. I absolutely loved it. The bread was fresh and the turkey and avo combination was very delicious. I enjoyed the tomatoe soup, defiantly a favorite of mine. I absolutely enjoyed how the staff was so friendly! The GM Erica, was very helpful with my choice in my taste two. Erica was observing the ovenline and making sure that the preperations of the orders where being met and the presentation where perfect.
