Won't refund tickets that were bought for a time that they canceled!! After planning out a date and time that would work for our group and buying tickets they canceled the event, I understand we cannot control regulations in the city but given that it was out of our control the fact that they haven't sent a refund is unacceptable! We made a March reservation back in Feb. A day after we purchased tickets, Fever cancelled our reservation saying it was sold out. Not very accommodating after the cancellation; just we'll give you a refund. No discount on a future event, no free tickets....they just didn't seem to care.

And no explanation on how an event with tickets oversold. Not a great customer experience. They definitely sent us down a rabbit hole and not the Alice in Wonderland experience we...

I love the idea of coming here. Made reservations over a week ago, planned a whole trip to Chicago with this as our highlight of the trip. The reservations were for Saturday at noon and I was notified of the cancellation Friday and 10:17pm. With their no refund policy, and canceling paid shows(and after reading other reviews it looks like this happens quite often). It all just seems like a scam and I'm mad I fell for it; thinking I was going to have a great time...
