I’ll never order from this restaurant again. The workers can’t be trusted. I placed an order at this restaurant via Menufy. While en route to the restaurant, I called to verify that the order had been started. I was told that the Menufy tablet had died and needed to be charged before they can process the order. I arrived at the restaurant and the tablet still hadn't been powered on. A little while later, once the tablet was powered, I was informed that the food I ordered was out of stock. At that point, I asked for a refund because the whole purpose of going out of my way to this specific location was for what I had ordered. The girl then says she’ll check with the manager. He claimed that he just had brought in more of the item I ordered, and that my order could be accommodated. It wasn’t until I got home that I discovered that they provided me with what I specifically said I did not want. I called to inform the restaurant and they said that the only way I could be reimbursed was to return the order to the restaurant. Menufy claimed to not have been able to issue a refund unless the restaurant approves. Additionally, the restaurant was hesitant on giving me a refund when I traveled back out of my way to return the order. Both Sharks and Menufy proved to be useless. I asked if it would be possible if they could separate my fries from the chicken to avoid the fries being in the sauce (which they always do for me). She stated, “that’s not my kitchen I can’t tell them to do nothing” huh? You can’t put the fries to the side? Stop hiring people with poor customer service. I asked for the manager and she hung up. I called other locations to see if they could help. One of the locations told me that the owner/manager won’t do anything, they too, have had problems there.
