Never got my change back and called them the same day. I was told their manager would call the next day which never happened. I asked today's manager on staff to review the cameras to prove I never got my change back...I paid one bill with a ten dollar bill and the other with a twenty dollar bill Went there today with the receipts: *it's the principal that my change was never given back to me *today's manager became irrate with me hollering and waving her hand when I politely asked her to review the cameras and see I never got my change back she stated they don't even have cameras *went to leave and saw a lady who used to work for my best friend and her Dad at two of their locations here for their restaurants *said manager came outside hollering at me that she was calling the cops if I'm going to stand there talking to customers, they weren't even customers, just merely good people. *I have known them for years and the lady had brought her grandson to fill out a job application to work here and none of them were customers *the lady's boyfriend goes inside to let the manager know they know me and that if she calls the cops he will tell the truth, especially since they know me and they're weren't customers; today's manager was really on the phone with cops and at this point told the cops nevermind, they don't need to come!!!

I really don't like doing negative reviews but this is the way I got treated for politely asking for my change. I will not ever come back. The customer is NOT always right but to come outside and holler because I'm having a convo with people I know about my outfit and her retirement, I...

After 4 today . I ordered my food . Sit down and waited and waited the girl in front was Constantly texting on her phone everyone who came in after me was getting their food . So I went up to counter and asked about my order . She had given it to someone else . Doesn't apologize she talks to someone in the back still not telling me where my food is.. so I asked for the manager . She came out .. didn't ask what was wrong just looked at me so I told her what the problem was . Everyone who came in after me is getting their food the girl at the the counter is texting so has no idea where she is taking food . All she could say was Omg.. and what did you have walked to the back never spoke to me again. Sent my food out still no apologies !!! I eat here all the time usually no problems. .. but I am beyond upset !! I had the #3 so it's not like feeding 15 people. I was alone . ... seriously how hard is it to...

If you want to eat at a LJS that could be a model for all the restaurants, this is one. I've eaten in 2 of the many I've visited that I would offer this highest praise. It's bright, quiet, immaculate, and the food is so fresh and hot. And you will also find here the friendliest and most wonderful people. I know their names because everyone there was involved in delivering great food and a great experience. Thank you so much Cassie, Luvaya, Matthias, and Ricky. I can't wait to come visit again for a fantastic meal in a beautiful restaurant and great people who care and want you to have a perfect experience. My highest recommendation.
