Wendy's — Restaurant in Chubbuck

I ordered online this go around, expecting not to have to sit around and wait for my food to be prepared. I even gave ample time (20 minutes), before leaving my house. When I got to the restaurant there was no cars in the parking lot and only 1 car in the drive up. I got to the speaker and instanstantly was asked to hold a moment. A few minutes went by before I was asked to order. Told I ordered online, was asked to drive up. I sat at the window for 10 minutes, not another customer in sight. I watched 2 employees just laughing and goofing off while holding the same unfilled bags the whole time. When I got my order, it was cold, missing items (multiple), and the drinks were wrong. when I asked what took so long, I was lied to and told my order doesn't get recived until I show up to get it. what would be the point of ordering online then?This isn't the first time I have had an issue with this location, however, it will...

Whay can I say, it's Wendy's! Everybody has their favorite fast food chain and this is mine. I don't think someone is going to base their fast food burger choice on what I say, but if you want Wendy's this one is very clean and the staff was super nice. We were there for an early lunch so it was not crowded but not sure what their lunchtime rush looks like. You probably would not guess, but I had a burger and fries. Shocking I know! I like a Wendy's burger. The toppings were all fresh and you can't beat a square burger on a round bun. Do yourself a favor and get the double, life is too short to not double up your burger intake whenever possible! Shout out to the Chubbuck Wendy's for getting it right, unlike the Caldwell store where it usually takes two times around to get everything you ordered! This place wins the title. This location served my wife the bloodiest hamburger I have ever seen. I am not exaggerating when I say that there was literally standing blood on the inside of the sandwich wrapper. It is amazing to me that someone could make a sandwich with a patty like that and not notice that it is dripping raw blood.

The manager was very expeditious in giving me a refund. But what would you expect? Judging by the size of his eyes when I showed him the sandwich, he must have been scared.
