Last night, my friend and I decided to go out to your bar. We don’t ever really go out to bars much, so we expected a really good experience from this place with high expectations. It was a Thursday night and it wasn’t too busy but also not dead. Both my friend and I were excited to go get our first drink, and were immediately both treated like scum by the female manager. She made an awful impression and left a bad taste in our mouth within the first 5 minutes of being there. Her attitude was very rude, made passive aggressive comments and gestures to us, side-eyeing and scoffing at us, when all we wanted was our first drink. My friend and I were both very sober, polite & respectful, so we felt that we didn’t deserve to be treated that way by just wanting a simple drink at a bar. Her energy left a stain on our night, but we didn’t let her ruin it for us. Before you respond to this, I had read the other reviews, and as the OWNER who is responding to CUSTOMERS who are at YOUR establishment, this is not a personal “attack” or “hate.” I don’t have to know someone personally for me to say that they were very rude and disrespectful to the customer and does not deserve the name of manager. Read moreThis venue is EXTREMELY unprofessional in their dealings with curators and the creative community. My brand booked a show at this venue almost 2 months ago to receive a text message 10 days before my event stating that my initial booking was canceled due to “a larger private party reaching out” I was confused and distraught & once I asked how did this happen they said that “ the private party was large and from a business standpoint it’s something they couldn’t pass up” so even after multiple verbal & written agreements confirming my date (which they agreed to pay me to host my event) they completely disregarded that to accommodate the private party & didn’t even try to offer me a new date or anything . Leaving me completely stuck 10 days before my event. After this unprofessional encounter I went public via my social media page where tons of creatives & curators began reaching out exposing similar stories like mine . So I write this review to let Flora know we will no longer stand for you unprofessional business ways & if this company has hurt you feel free to reach out to spread awareness so we can protect our community

The ladies behind the bar are not just serving up AMAZING cocktails, they also spin the vinyl turntables. This place has an extensive list of delicious cocktails, shots, wines and spirits. Now on to the food. Let me preface this part by saying Makayla ABSOLUTELY made things right by us with our bill for our troubles. There were only two of us and we ordered four items. The beef empanadas came out after about 15 minutes which is a reasonable amount of time to wait... but 10-12 minutes later the wings came out... 14 minutes later what was supposed to be loaded tater tots, but were not came out... then 15 minutes later we asked to just cancel the sandwich order. That would have been the final item we ordered. Not quite one minute later Makayla came out with the sandwich and profusely apologized for the slow food service. My friend did take the pesto chicken panini and she said it was DELICIOUS. So overall we did enjoy the cocktails...
