I love Chipotle double wrapped chicken burritos. I could have one everyday and still love eating them. For those who wrote bad reviews and don't like Chipotle, I'd say much of the experience depends on what ingredients you choose to put into your burrito, some combinations taste good and some don't. Maybe you should experiment with different ingredient combinations and you very much can make your own burrito, which is one of the good ideas that sets Chipotle apart from Taco Bell and others. Yes it is true that the line is often long and for those of us who are impatient it is annoying to see a long line and then wait in line with a hungry stomach, but the long lines tell you that many like me enjoy eating their food and think the food is good tasting, has fresh organic ingredients, and is not pumped full of preservatives and hormones like some other fast food places. Do I know for sure that is not just creative marketing, no I don't, but it tastes fresh and organic to me and I trust they are telling us the truth. In the regular times the employees are always talking to each other and more concerned about socializing than listening to the order. During this pandemic. I placed the order, my order was not ready and I allowed extra time. When I inquired a heavy set latin lady was annoyed I asked her and started speaking in Spanish to another latin woman about the situation so I could not understand what was being said so the second lady had attitude right from the start until a male employee came over to help. He got what I hope is my order with the wrong name on the ticket. And before anyone wants to jump to conclusions, I am not racist. I am an American of latin decent myself. That’s not the issue. Read moreI have been eating here for a longggg time. It's had it's struggles. In the past customer service was a true issue here and still is to an extent. Cleanliness was also an issue. The food lately has been super salty and oftentimes, not every time, salty and undercooked.
Customer service also an issue. Often lackluster, boring and no compassion for customers. Seems as if the staff is not really, let's say excited, to work here.
3 stars for now. I may post higher if customer service improves and they watch the seasoning quantities. Almost unbearably salty.
This location has stepped up their game in the cleanliness issues as a few years back I mentioned to leadership that the bathroom looked very bad, drink equipment dirty and banged up, tables and floor not swept up and just an overall "pigsty" for lack of a better term.
Things to really think about lately is customer service training and salty food.
