Good days and bad days... Everyone has them especially stores that prepare food for customers. So, I always try to take bad events in stride but we all have limits - today was mine.
I went in for a large drink, with energy boost and granola.
What i got was anything but... when the drink was presented to me I could see instantly that the granola was lacking.
The only reason I could tell is I only order 2 drinks from Jamba and am used to how they should look.
When I questioned if Granola was included they clerk looked only at the tablet screen and confirmed it had been and was quick to offer to put in 'extra'. But that was not the proper response... by offering to put in 'extra' it sounds like the customer is wrong and asking for something for nothing. Due to that I turned down the 'offer' only to have it repeated again to me which I declined a second time.
A proper response would have been to take the drink and simply transfer it to another cup, etc and verify the validity of the customers claim to a ingredient missing - which was not done.
Taking the drink I showed it to my friend who also looking at the cup imediately stated 'yeah its missing the granola'.
So drinking it down to below half I was sadly not greeted with even the tiniest flavor of granola, even a grain of granola would have been welcome to just prove me wrong.
Getting home I poured the remainder into a bowl then sifted it to another cup and confirmed no granola - at all.
What made it more sad is the taste was really off which made me wonder if the banana sub was done or the energy.

Read moreLiterally beyond frustrated. I came in yesterday to place an order for a small catering order. First, the online website would not take my order. I must’ve tried about five times and there was a ““ glitch” in the system…
No problem, I will just go in & place the order in person for pick up today. I prepaid to the tune of over $170. Fortunately, they gave me a receipt.
I come in this morning, and they have no clue what I’m talking about. I feel like they actually challenged me…. Asking me who I spoke to and said that one of their coworkers currently on site was here yesterday and he doesn’t remember anything about the order. Not sure I understand their point.
So, they make me go out and get my receipt. Additionally, I called them 3 to 4 times prior to my arrival this morning and no one answers the phone. EVER. On top of that, I receive a message saying that their voicemail is not set up. Why does this not surprise me?
So, I called corporate office, thinking they may want to know that one of their locations is under performing. Of course, I get an automated response saying that no one is available to answer my call.
SMH.
Update: They brought my 'catering' order to my car in a box with the top torn off, not a catering box (which keeps the smoothies cold). I reminded the staff several times that I would need the receipt back from my purchase, which they assured me they would give back to me. Unfortunately, this did not happen and I had to turn around after leaving...
Read moreHonestly the worth experience I have received from Jamba Juice. I went into this location on my break after placing a online order that should’ve been ready. The people in there are RUDE ! I sat and waited for at least 5 mins my smoothies before finally asking if my smoothie was ready (mind you my smoothie should’ve been ready already) , they continue to make smoothies for people that were not even in the store before making mine even though I was sitting and waiting & they asked me for my name multiple times as if they were going to make my smoothie they took so long that I had to end up cancelling my order and asking for a refund when I asked for a refund the man took my name & told me he would process my refund. When o realized I had not received a refund I went back to the establishment. There was a women who stayed she was the general manager of this location. Never did she apologize for the inconvenience of my refund still not even being initiated she then told me that the man I spoke with earlier on could not initiate the refund & that it had to be her she proceeded to tell me that she would initiate the refund “later when someone else comes in” instead of actually trying to help me ! I am very big on customer service and the service I received was the worst yet ! I will NOT be going back to this location even though it is in the same parking lot as my job they have lost my business...
