I would not recommend going to this location. They are the rudest people you will ever meet I went in and ordered my food. I repeated it quite a few times. Even when I checked out. I repeated it to the lady quite a few times because she asked me what I had ordered They rang me up. I went home. I realized they forgot one item and I went back and asked to talk to their manager cuz this has happened a few times in the past they said we're going to need me to wait. We need to check the cameras. I was like you know the food's going to get cold. Can you just give me the item you forgot they go No we have to watch the cameras then they come back and say ma'am you never ordered that. They shows me the receipt and I said but I repeated it multiple times to this lady. This is your mistake and at this point I just want to return the food and she's like why just buy the extra item I said how much is that. She basically tells me it would $10 for just some fried rice I believe fried rice is only like $5.60 there and I was like that doesn't make any sense I get this all the time. It does not come out to that amount she goes. Oh it's because you got the shrimp that has nothing to do with ordering fried rice. basically blaming me that I never ordered it but I repeated it multiple times when I checked out. So at this point the food's cold and I'm like I just want to return it. They didn't want to return it. They just wanted me to buy it. At this point I do not want it so the lady yells at me says you're not going to talk to my employees this way all I wanted was a refund. They were refusing at first I could totally understand if it was my fault, but this was not my mistake because I repeated it multiple times to make sure that it was correct if a customer wants a refund it shouldn't even matter why you should just give them their refund if they didn't touch the food. Read moreHow did they get plastic bag in the white rice? See pics! Went in today at around 5pm. Place was busy with everyone getting take out. People were angry, felt sorry for the staff but there were like 15 people behind the counter so... Food was bad, order was wrong and to top it off, there was plastic bag in my white steamed rice. I've been in the F&B industry for over 30 years. I wouldn't be as surprised to see clear plastic in the white rice, but the cut out from a bulk of white plastic to go bags? How did you guys pull this one off? Beef and Broccoli was horrid, they gave me the end of the last meat (obviously) and since they were slammed threw new raw broccoli in at the switch out. If I was expecting raw broccoli that would be fine but that's not what I ordered. The beef was mostly un- chewable with tons of gristle and yes it was overcooked from being the last of the barrel. Worried that the chicken was raw. The steamed rice was good except for the plastic part. Hope I didn't eat some already, seriously! I only caught it because I was so attentive at how bad it all was. This is from a large bulk of commercial plastic bags, so no I did not add this on my own! Oh first off my side of chow main for the kid was some spicy peanut dish. At least my wife got to eat. We made the mistake of ordering online so that we didn't have to wait since my fiance had work, we just picked up our cat from being neutered, and our three year old child was ready for food after being picked up from daycare. We had our email and confirmation number pulled up when we went inside when the order was suppose to be ready. We were then informed that our order was never received by them in the hour since we put it in. I then ask the manager why that would be.
She told me that the order must not be completed on my side but there was no indication that that was the case since I had the email saying all was well. She then HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK ME IF I HAD MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT.
At this point my son is crying and asking for food, I'm pregnant and my ankles are swollen, and my fiance is now going to be late for work. I politely opened my bank account info since she ASKED TO SEE THAT INFORMATION TO show that I did in fact have enough money and that they had already charged me for the meal. This women then told there was nothing she would do for me and that I would need to call their customer service line.
I called and halfway through she walks outside shows me that she found my receipt but it had never printed out. This woman didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or for asking to see my bank account when that was none of her business or for getting us the food a half an hour late.
