We ordered a dozen custom ice cream cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. I spoke and ordered with "Sam". Confirmed the price. Confirmed the pick-up time for the party. When I got there.....they only made SIX cupcakes!!! ZERO apologizies from the teenagers working. No manager onsite to converse with. They told me if I waited 45 minutes they could make me six more. Except, that would have made me late to my daughter's birthday party. So I was forced to grab whatever cupcakes they had for sale in their grab-n-go freezer, which of course was not ideal, with a hodge-podge of cupcake styles and then at the party I had to deal with 8 kids saying "I don't want that kind, can I have that other kind instead?" the whole time. If someone would have apologized in a sincere manner, or perhaps offered a discount off the ones I was forced to purchase, perhaps I wouldn't be so mad. But no one in the place cared, they literally shrugged and said "Oh well, yeah, there's only six. You didn't order twelve." Oh really? I don't know how many cupcakes I needed for my own kid's party? Guess who will NEVER be back to this store again....my family of five. And we have two more birthdays coming up, my son's, who were actually really excited and said "Mommy, can we do this for our parties, too?" I told them "Of course!" Now, not so much. We will find another location where they know how to get a simple order of 12...
Read moreThe 3 people working on 6/29 seemed so miserable. My bf & I went un to pick up our order. Two ppl in front. We stand there for a while after we realize the pick up orders are behind the counter. The two up front, 1 was making a cake that other looked like he was making an order. Cool no problem. However we get not acknowledgement no "we'll be with you" no "hello" nothing. That's fine again. After waiting a bit longer another employee cones from the back. Looks me dead in my face & ALSO DOESNT ACKNOWLEDGE US. Like okay. We wait a but li ger before I say something. We finally get our order. Still bo acknowledgement that we were waiting for a while.
Honestly I get it working Saturday evening sucks. So I don't expect any customer service working to be bouncing off the walls excited to see customer. But in a case where we have to interact at the minimum acknowledge your customers. If you hate your job or are having a bad day whatever get us out of there. Then be mad without any customers there cause we didnt do anything to you.
It's the closet one to us but it really turned me off to the whole company. Weirdos.

Read moreFirst of all, let me start by saying top notch product. Coffee icecream with brownie and hot fudge in a well done waffle cone bowl when available, just saying. Now granted, we haven't been in quite a while so we didn't really know what to expect, but it was going on 10pm so we were a bit taken aback when we saw the long line out the door. Good for them though, it's been a crazy yeah and a half and seeing them so busy made me smile. We were just coming off of a 113° day, it was still well over 90, and people wanted a cold treat. What didn't make me smile however were the Doordashish folks coming in, cutting in front of the line while flashing their phones and yelling their pickup order names, expecting to not have to wait. At least one couple we saw who were right behind us left, and others were grumbling their unhappiness of the situation. It's very possible that there were some dedicated staff doing nothing but pickup orders, but in the chaos it didn't seem as though that was the case.
