Starbucks — Restaurant in Citrus Heights

So appalled by the rudeness of the girl behind the counter. I spend countless amounts of money at Starbucks yearly and have never experienced anything like this. I had to use the restroom and was stopped entering and told restrooms are for customers only. I am a design consultant for Andersen windows, dressed professionally, well spoken, educated and courteous. I never had the intent of “duping” anyone into using the restroom without purchasing something but geez, let me relieve myself first. I washed my hands with no paper towels in sight to dry and was ordered back to the sink area to use the hand dryer as I walked to the front to get a napkin. Even after that treatment, the franchise got their $5 for the green juice I purchased. So many locations for Starbucks around so do yourself a favor and drive a neighborhood over to find one if you want to be treated with respect. I will never come here again....

This Starbucks is inside Target and has a nice sized seating area overlooking the parking lot (obviously not open during Covid.) It's great before or after shopping at Target and right next to their little food court. Usually super happy bc for an interior Starbucks (as opposed to an anchor store) it has the full menu including seasonal drinks and menu items, but today our tea we ordered with extra ice had no ice and was for some reason foamy? And when we asked her to cut the breakfast sandwich she was obviously not happy to do so. This is not usually the norm here. Also lots of impulse Starbucks swag and Cali visitor cups. My peppermint mocha...

Today I had extremely poor service I ordered a grande refresher with cold foam and 3/4 was foam hardly any actual drink. Also the one who made my drink was supposedly in training but nobody watched him craft my drink and the whole time he looked confused while the other staff continued business. He didn’t even bother to ask about the drink! And the staff seemed to not care when I brought it up to the 5 staff behind the counter. All that staff and nobody working with the trainee. That I guess also came from a corporate location he should be...
