I have been working with Staples and have been their regular customer for a very long time now but this time I have decided to write a feedback that this particular franchise of Staples at location on 6330 Sunrise Blv, Citrus Heights, is the worst possible that I have ever had to deal with. On March 8, 2022, I needed to print out very important copy papers and I was asked to come in one hour later. That was 10:05, so I came back at 11:50, After hour and 40 minutes and they were not done with it. Then one of the ladies made the copies literally for five minutes. When I get home, I noticed that half of the work was completely gotten wrong with so many missing pages. Today, I have decided to return and ask them to redo some of the work they’ve done yesterday and they told me that they can do it but I have to come tomorrow. The moment these two ladies from yesterday saw me coming inside and going to their desk, they started talking about me and made possible to not serve or pay attention to my request. I’ve never seen so bad presentation. I’ve never experienced a staff to lying straight into your eyes throughout the whole entire process. Not only, these people are totally incompetent of doing this job. Read moreI've been paying for an iPostal1 box at this location for over a year and have had constant issues with it; items lost, put into the wrong box, never marked as being there despite them being marked as delivered by the carrier. Nearly every time I have something delivered, I have to call and check up on it, which is honestly pretty annoying but in the grand scheme, not an enormous deal.
Tonight I had to call to find out when my package would be updated (you can't pick it up until it's loaded into their system, and it was marked as being 'delivered' by the carrier about 4 hours prior to me calling - I'd spent the afternoon watching for an update so I could pick it up, then finally just called on the phone at around 7 PM), and spoke with someone named SCOTT, who was extremely rude and annoyed with me for calling to ask about my package. He interrupted me asking to tell me they'd been "very busy", and when I tried to clarify that this is a service I pay monthly for and have had constant issues, he cut me off and said, "Well you can pick it up now if you want, but otherwise..." and then became very short with me.

Read moreI went in this store on Wednesday July 30th and I asked someone that was holding a pack of printer paper in their hand (a person that worked there) where something was, he blatantly ignored me and I asked him again and he ignored me once more. There were customers in line who saw how rude the person that worked there was toward me by ignoring me, so as a last result in attempt to get help from someone , I went to the copy center , and asked her where the blank DVD media was. She showed me and she is the reason why I am giving my overall rating a 2 stars instead of one, because she made me feel somewhat better about walking in the store but I felt so bad about the whole experience that I went to Best Buy to get my blank DVD disks and get a better deal there for $9.99 then what they were charging for 10 disks.
