Denny's — Restaurant in Citrus Heights

I was there with my family to have a good time together and have some good food like always . I had coming yo this restaurant for 10 years and the service is great (only in the morning). Bit, today was very bad 👎 service. This waitress Blanca M. Make us feel so bad 👎 with the costumes service . The food was great . But when Blanca M. Can to make are order, that's when everything when bad. To bring the food a took some time, the coffee ☕️ was cold ,when with ask her for hot coffee she just told us when is ready I will bring it to you. The coffee pot was full of a fresh coffee because we were seating by the front desk ( the cashier) and we can see the that coffee was ready. My wife has to stand up to go and ask her for the coffee and her body language was so mad. She for got the paper towels and I have to stand up and ask her and her answer was the same "when I have time I will bring you to you ok " for everything she just keep saying " I will be there " but it took so long to bring something to our table . We were almost walk alway from the restaurant. I don't know what was her problem but she is working and we are paying for our food and a giod services . I hope some one can talk to her and let her know that the customers has to be attending with smile and good attitude. I with put only one star for the service that Blanca M. Gave us . A friend of my husband and myself took me to pick up our order from this establishment very late one night. First of all when we arrived, my friend went inside to pick up our order, and it took nearly an hour for our order to be ready for pickup. So he waited inside this Denny's for approximately an hour and a half to get our food. I know that he should have checked the order before he left with it, but he failed to do so. After we got the food back to the house, he then did check the order and found items that he ordered were missing from the food. They forgot to put the fries in two of the orders entirely. So between three dinners there was only one order of mashed potatoes. This was completely unacceptable in my view, and a serious lack of caring on the part of the Denny's employee's. They didn't seem to care either way if the food items were there or not. So our visit to this particular Denny's was not a good one. I think that Denny's upper management needs to take a very close look at the people they hire to do this kind of work, because the employee's that are there presently leave a lot to be desired. The food that we did get was very good, but it doesn't make up for Denny's lack of care for their customers. Sorry Denny's but you...

This particular Denny's location was a real disappointment. It was dirty, food was awful and the service was less than. Our waitress complained more than was a server. She forgot half of the meal, then hurried off to catch her bus as she dropped the ticket before we could even take a bite of our meal, or to let her know that she forgot items we were being charged for on the ticket. The nachos were sloppy and smelled and tasted funny. Took three bites and my stomach revolted. Let the other waitress know, who complained to us that she would have to go find the manager, she didn't have a drawer, whatever that means. The manager took the nachos off our bill and left them on the table. Didn't offer anything or an alternative for my dinner, then told me that the kids deal would not be valid now because I didn't get a meal. I know I didn't get a meal. I wanted to have dinner, but mine was not edible. The menu was sticky, dirty and GROSS. the table was sticky, greasy and not clean even the salt and pepper shakers were filthy. This Denny's is NOT clean and it was someplace that we will never return to eat at. We have a different Denny's me and the kids really enjoy it. We will stick to that other location...
