At about 11ish The smell of charred meat drew me into teriyaki madness. The place is small when you first walk into so to me that means when a place is small, they must really be right on top of their takeout service with their customers. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. When I walked into place my order a couple other people walked in after me and they were actually picking up orders and One was placing an order. They were still waiting when I received my food and left. I did find out they just opened up in January. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and took my order and gave me plenty of time to make my mind up. From what I could physically see there were three people working unfortunately, it does not seem like the team is not meshing well together, and that there are some growing pains from within about who is responsible for doing what. One staff member was on the phone. You could totally tell. She was upset with who she was talking to. It took about roughly 10-12 minutes to get my food, which actually is not bad for fresh cooked food. The flavor was really good on the chicken and it was cooked well. However, the vegetables were just Barely al dente/Blanched. They could’ve used just a slight bit more cooking. When I had taken my bowl out of my bag once I got back to my office one of the things I noticed was a sealed side of teriyaki sauce… I’d say this is where my biggest disappointment comes in. I was looking forward to a steaming hot teriyaki bowl with sauce on the top unfortunately that did not happen. The side sauce was cold And I was expecting hot teriyaki sauce. Overall, the experience was not bad. I think I’ll give Time before I actually go back and see if they can work out some of the personality differences with the team And improve on how to handle customers when they come in store.

Ordered to go. I was surprised by the weight of the bag (two plates) as it was heavy. Get home, opened the Orange Teriyaki plate and it was literally 45% rice, 45% veggies, 10% chicken. The chicken was the bottom of the bag, meaning popcorn size. No density, just breaded. It was ridiculous and laughable. First time last time.

First time i ate in the restaurant it was very good, so i came back today and ordered the same thing spicy teriyaki on noodles. This was wayyyyy worse than the first time and was literally a teriyaki soup and gross. Not sure what happened, but that sucked.

This is my third time dining with this location, the first two times were alright, but this instance warranted a review. My family and I ordered 3 bowls: Regular Spicy Tofu Bowl with Fried Rice/Veggies, Regular Spicy Orange Chicken Bowl with Brown Rice/Veggies, Regular Orange Bowl with White Rice/Veggies. Pickup was quick and it didn't seem like the restaurant was that busy when I went in around 7pm. I received the wrong items for my order and I was missing some items:

  1. The tofu bowl had NO FRIED RICE but brown rice instead 2)The orange bowl had NO VEGGIES and brown rice instead

I'm lead to believe whoever was working the kitchen couldn't have been bothered to fry up more rice of fresh vegetables, because what veggies we did receive were dry. But to miss out on even WHITE RICE, the crew couldn't even boil water in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes?

Regarding service, none of the crew greeted me as I entered the building or made eye contact. I called the store 4 times to have the order get resolved that evening and never received any replies. This will probably be the last time my family and I order from this company, and I'll be instructing everyone I know to avoid this place.

My advice to everyone is to save the money, there are much better teriyaki options in the area. Whoever is managing the store needs to step up or step out, before you lose...

I have been excited to try this place and finally gave it a shot. I walked in and the girl behind the counter greeted me. There was a guy (white, heavy set, and bald) trying to clock out but was having issues working the time clock, so he was hovering near the front next to the girl on register while I ordered. He was asking her weird questions like "who is your favorite coworker??" And wouldn't drop the conversation when she very tactfully told him it was someone other than him. He proceeded to clock off and sit at the front table and continue the game of 21 questions about why he wasn't her favorite and how come she liked X team member better than him (uhhh... maybe because you're being kinda creepy??). I may be wrong, but she seemed like she was stuck in this conversation and couldn't escape. He was talking to her the entire time I was waiting for my order, and was relentless. It made me feel uncomfortable enough during the 5-ish minutes I waited for my food, I can only imagine how she feels during a shift... The food was fine – the yakisoba sauce was kinda grainy but the steak was a good serving size and the flavor was overall good. The other bowl we got was also fine. A pretty good amount of food in the medium and large. The price is a little high but I'd come here again..... if that guy...
