Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

On Sunday December 4, 2022, at approximately 5:00pm, I went with my family to a Dunkin’ Donuts store located at: 6601 Niagara Falls Blvd., Niagara Falls, NY, 14304.

I asked for a dozen Bavarian Crème donuts to-go. The female attendant firstly did not have a good attitude and her demeanor was quite rude. She said I she would not be able to sell me one dozen Bavarian Creme donuts and instead, I had to mix-and-match the donuts.

I looked at the display shelf, and was certain there was enough donuts there. I asked her why was that. She said, “if I sold you a dozen of them, then we won’t have anymore to see for this evening”. My wife and I were shocked by her statement, I mean, do you have donuts there for display or to be sold? I asked her if she was joking and she said she was serious.

Because of the sheer questionable response, I asked to speak to a manager. She stepped aside and spoke with another female colleague. They both came back and started counting the number of doughnuts. In total, there were 15. The other female told her “well, sell them the dozen, and we’ll have 3 left. After those are gone, then that’s all for the day.”

No explanation was provided for the first employee’s statements, no apology, she just walked away. This establishment...

Their rewards program helps you save a LOT of money. Definitely better than other companies programs (it used to be better than it is now, but their program is still good). If you wan a food item, get it before noon. I noticed that almost every time i get a food items after 12, they are out of it and have to substitute it (i only do mobile orders). Their app doesn’t tell you what they run out of sadly. Food tastes great! Their workers are polite. Some workers call me by my first name when i place my mobile order and it makes me uncomfortable. They are strangers to me, so i feel weird them calling me by my name as if they know me. But other than that, they are so nice. If you order the snak’n bacon, they dont even fill the bag half way with bacon, so I don’t recommend you getting you. You’re paying a lot for like 3 pieces of bacon that are 2 inches long. I reccomend going to this location for dunkin, even when they dont have what you need, the staff are so nice that it doesnt even matter to me. My girlfriend and her mom stopped in at this Dunkin’ in their way back from a long shopping trip. They were both looking for a little pick-me-up to get them home, and what they got was a lot more than that. They were greeted by a lovely young lady who was very kind and patient as neither of them are very familiar with the menu at this particular coffee shop. Both of them really enjoyed getting the chance to speak with her and the rest of the staff, they all made their experience very enjoyable. The very proactive staff even went ahead making the first drink my girlfriend had ordered which she had then canceled, but the staff was kind enough to let her take both drinks home. One staff member even offered her mom a complementary donut for making the long trip all the way from Canada. Unfortunately neither of them could remember the cashier’s name, but both of them agreed that she had exceptional costumer service skills and was an absolute pleasure to speak to.
