⭐ 1 Star — Predatory Practices & No Integrity Terrible experience. Employees left personal hookahs on tables, which caused confusion — we thought one belonged to our group, and they tried to charge us over $40 for it. That’s misleading and feels like a setup. First-time customers automatically lose when there’s a “gray area.”

Drinks were overpriced — a shot of Remy was $17 and turned into $20 just because it became a mixed drink. The “religious” excuse for not making drinks, while still allowing someone else to do it, just to make money, shows no moral consistency.

Been waiting for this lounge to open and finally booked a reservation for 6 (only 5 came) @ 9p last night. 30 mins in after ordering 1 hookah for the birthday girl and $100+ in food we were told that we had to purchases another hookah ($45each) because we had more than 4 people. Even tho nobody else smoked hookah in our group we were told that we still had to purchase 2 and the boss was making sure of it. They should’ve mentioned this prior to booking or put it on the website. Everyone around us had a party bigger than 6 and only had 1 hookah. Hookah is decent, but expensive for the shisha they offer. They use real coals and Khalil Mamoon set ups. However, cheap plastic hoses. Should just upgrade to silicone tubes.

Service was okay. They do not serve alcohol, which I wish we knew before entering and paying a cover charge ($10 around 12pm Friday). Inconvenient considering it’s a spot nestled between other bars so we were assuming it was a good place to go as a part of a night out.
