If there was A ZERO That’s What this place and the old guy Who’s miserable and a Liar to Boot would receive as a RATING ‼️👎👎 👎 I saw the NY STYLE PIZZA Ad onTV & decided to order the Pizza in Person- I waited in my car and picked it up imagining the melting cheese & Pepperoni nearly melting off the crust? Instead when I opened the box I saw a FLAT PIZZA with no melting cheese and the crust was blackened and barely Warm ‼️ I was So disappointed I decided to call and explain what was in the box & I shared How seeing the Ad on TV the Pizza I received looked like a Warmed Up Version of a leftover Pizza they did not sell‼️ Of course “Cranky old Guy who always looks Miserable “ said he made it Fresh 🙄‼️This is 85 WASHINGTON STORE inSaratoga Springs ( the hole in the wall Store)‼️ & oNo business that nite on a Tuesday In May‼️I insisted that I never had any pizza before that come out like that He reluctantly said he possibly could throw me a free medium if he had my phone number! Then because we were connected on the phone he said “oh I have your number” ‼️I said thankyou I went in Two weeks later on my Birthday to get my free PIZZA and he Looked right at me and said he didn’t have my Phone Number and knew Nothing about it! He also said’I’m NOT BUYING IT ‼️🙄AND MR OLD CRANkY MISERABLE GUY LIED Straight to MY FACE ‼️So BEWARE ‼️IF THEY say THEY Will HONOR Something EXPECT That THEY Will LOSE Your PHONE NUMBER 👎👎👎‼️‼️ I was a customer for years there as it’s right in my Neighborhood ‼️That Guy is SAD & A DiSGUSTING L IAR 🤮🤮🤮Time’s up to SERVE the Public With A very BAD Attitude! Great experience, the only 2 times ever ordering from here, my new go-to place to pick up food after getting out of work late nights. Both times I ordered my food, the website showed the process of my food being made with the person's name, I believe it was Kenneth; I arrived and the food was ready just in time. It was absolutely delicious and my boyfriend & I were very happy with our decision to order from here. The second time ordering my bf placed an order, I wanted to add something so I made a separate order, we arrived and I discovered my bf's order had never went through - it either went to a different store or it never confirmed on his phone, but my order was ready just in time for me. I felt bad asking if he could also make the original order that never went through, before I could finish my question - he had already begun the order! We waited for it to finish and it was super quick.. I was impressed that he made our order on the spot with no issues, not one single complaint, which I would expect from other places. Again our food was delicious. We will definitely keep ordering from here many times again. On 6/11/2020 I had just hit the Place Order button on my Domino's order. At that same time, I received a call from my wife telling me that her horse had stepped on her foot and I needed to come and get her to take her to the hospital for xrays. I called Dominos to find out how late they stayed open and if they could keep my order warm. I explained the reason for the request and I was told that it would be no problem to honor my request. That was at 6:30 PM. To make a long story short, the hospital told me to go home and wait and on my way, I stopped by Domino's to pick up my order This was about 8:45 PM. When the gentleman brought my order to the front door, he told me NO CHARGE. I had paid by debit card and he told me the charge would be deleted and I would get a credit for the meal cost. I was flabbergasted by this customer service. I will never forget this service and I have already told my friends about this as well as the intake receptionist at Saratoga Hospital. Maybe she will inform some of the people who have to wait for loved ones at the hospital.
