Pizza 7 — Restaurant in City of Saratoga Springs

So, this is my first review, probably because I'm here on business and sitting in my hotel room with nothing better to do. I searched for delivery places in the area and read the reviews. It was around 10pm and, being on the road, I didn't want to explore the town this late at night. Also, it is the first snow of the year so just not interested in venturing out. I read a lot of reviews, again, sitting in my hotel board out of my mind. I saw some of the bad reviews for this place and was thinking, maybe I should stick to Domino's, I know what they have and I know what I'll get. I really didn't want to as I can always eat that. I wanted to try some of the local food and decided, finally, to order from this place. The young lady who answered the phone was awesome, sweet and helpful. After I ordered, she told me my wings and sub would be 45 minutes. I repeated as I wanted to be sure she didn't say 4 to 5 minutes. She confirmed 45 minutes. Oh well right, I'm sitting in a hotel room board. So, no problem. Well it only took about 20 minutes, maybe a little less. And the guy who delivered it was friendly with a smile. The wings were AWESOME! Cooked perfect, not overdone, just right. The sandwich, well that's more of the same. Now I'm not a bread person, prefer the lower carb food. But I'm on the road so I guess I splurged a little, it was worth it! The bread is AWESOME, soft and delicious making the rest of the sandwich superb. So, I guess what I'm saying in this long winded review is, what a great place, good representation of the local area with great service to boot. That's it. If you're hungry and looking for delivery with great service and food, give them a call. I Have a 5 hour drive home in the morning so I'll end this review, if I every make it back to Saratoga Springs, I'll be sure to order from this place. I hope this is...

Super disappointed. I called on March 14th ( although the nasty man I spoke to Saturday the 18th said I never called). I called ahead because we would be in town for a large volleyball tournament and I wanted to order pizza for a lot of people. I was told about the sizes of the pies and was excited. They seemed to have the best sizes and options. Now today, the 18th I place the order. My food delivered.. first, was supposed to come in the lobby to deliver but instead called for me to go outside... then I get 3 large PIES.. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I called and spoke to a VERY rude man who told me I wasn't told the size information I was told... that only two people answer the phone..him and another guy... too bad I spoke to a girl. He hung up on me. When i called back he said he put me on hold. I said you hung up. Refused to do anything but make me more pizza and charge me again, which I declined. So disappointed 😞. Visiting this area a lot, I will never go here again and will NEVER suggest to anyone. Thankful to another local pizza place who even gave me a discount when I told them what happened. I order mozzarella sticks here all the time for my niece who has autism & only eats their mozzarella sticks. I asked once for extra Melba sauce and they gave it to me. The next time I ordered i asked again and the man said “this is like her 5th time asking for it, im not doing it, it cost extra tell her that or tell her to stop ordering if she can’t afford it” LMFAO and this was through DoorDash. I only ask extra because the Melba sauce they give you is NEVER full and they don’t have the option to get extra on DoorDash. He was SO rude about it. Never will I order from here again. I ordered almost every night for the last month for my little niece. I’m done tho, they just lost money from me. Yall need to learn how to talk to customers when you don’t wanna do something and for him to say this is my 5th time asking is diabolical because I ONLY ever asked ONCE, basic math!
