O'Connor's Public House — Restaurant in City of White Plains

I’ve been coming here for years. They have quick draw which is nice if your having a drink. I’ve never had a bad experience until yesterday. Upon arrival, the same bartender (Kat) was behind the bar as the week before. She immediately told my friend and I that she was not going to run around to service us as our tip from the prior week was not worth the trouble. Just to be clear - we had a $60 tab and both gave her $10 cash each during our visit. I might be crazy but that seems like a 33% tip on a $60 check. Further more, she berated my friend for winning $300 on quick draw and not tipping her a customary 10%. What she didn’t acknowledge was that he had also lost $300 just before winning putting him back at zero. I was so offended at this young ladies demeanor that I will never step foot inside nor spend a dollar at the establishment. While I love a dive bar (this is definitely one) I will not be disrespected by a scantily dressed, poorly tattooed, obnoxious women who works at bar that clearly needs...

Ordered 5 drinks at the bar, the bartender got one of the drink orders wrong, usually not a big deal but when I asked for the drink I ordered I was met with a rude attitude by the stank faced lady and she refused to correct her mistake. After I got ahold of another bartender I just ordered the drink again and had to pay for it. When I addressed this issue the sassy male bartender cut me off and refused to serve me. The power hungry, non talented, sad excuse for a bartender should not be working in any place that is a customer service based industry. I also tipped 40% before I even got my drinks thinking that the bartenders would appreciate my service but all I got was attitude and thrown out for no reason. If pouring booze wasn’t a job option for these people, they would never work job. I would never spend another dime in this place and other people should be aware of this before...

I go to this place every once in a while and this past Friday night I went to chill with a few friends. I asked the bartender for a dirty martini and he poured the martini with ice in it into the glass, I asled kindly if he cpuld remake it which he did but he literally only gave me olives juice and when i tried asking the girl bartender she would not help so I asked if I could speak to themanager. The older bartender: a tall white slim man came up to me & told me that I had to order a beer because it was too busy to make a drink like that... In my mind i'm thinking well it's not even something hard to make... i ordered a beer just to avoid issues and when I was finally about to leave they tried to charge me for the dirty martini i was denied to and then he proceeded to charge me 12. Never knew a bartender was supposed to tell the client what he could or not...
