DO NOT order a cake from here! Please don't make the same mistake I did. I placed an order for a birthday cake for my son which he was extremely excited about. Hailey said it might not work out due to copyright reasons so I planned a backup option just in case and asked her to contact me if we couldn't do the first cake. I never received a call and my son was so excited on his way to school to come home and see the cake. Little did we know, when I got to this store I asked to pay for and pick up the order, the lady brought out the cake which was the second option. I asked why we did that one since I never got a call. She said no we called but the number didn't work. I said no my number works just fine and always have, I asked if she would mind if I saw the note to see what Hailey wrote. Apparently Hailey didn't listen when I provided my number because my number was very wrong so I said, no wonder she couldn't contact me, she wrote the number wrong. Anyways, the cake is still cute and luckily I thought ahead and asked if I could give another option just in case or we would have no birthday cake for his birthday thanks to Hailey. She rushed through the ordering process which is probably how she got the number incorrect. Read moreNot a happy customer !! I go to baskin /dunkin all over the Midwest and farther. I have never ever been treated so bad. Sign out at the road says Dunkin/baskin so I get in line for drive thru. It's a long line moving very slow. The line is about 12 plus cars. It stretched into the street. I waited my turn I finally get all the way up to the drive thru speaker.((15 minutes) I place my order. The young lady tells me sorry sir baskin isn't open until 10am. (It's 935) I said since when ? I go to basskin/dunkin everywhere all are open at same time. I said I just waited 15 minutes in line. Sorry sir. I said where is the sign saying not open until 10am ??? Not one. Once in line there is no way out. By the time I get to the window it's another 5 minutes. So now it's 940. I asked since I've waited in line 20 minutes you can't make me a blast ? No sir she says. I said what happened to customer being right or good old customer service. The right thing to do would of been to say "sir we normally don't open baskin until 10am but since we don't have a sign up stating that before you pull in line. I will make you one this time" . Very unhappy !! I do hope some changes are made so other loyal customers don't waste their time there like I did. I'm a veteran and I have a lot of friends. I came in to the store and asked a simple question “ Do you guys have the big cakes?” She said that they make them but it takes 48 hours, I then said no, thats okay I will take two of the ones from the fridge because I need them now. As I was getting the cakes all three of them proceeded to talk about how I was crazy that I wanted one right now but it takes 48 hours blah blah blah completely unnecessary comments since I was happy getting two cakes from their fridge. As I was paying a guy that doesn’t necessarily speak nor understand much English was trying to place the order and one of the lady’s kept asking him what he wanted in a rude manner and then proceeded to walk to the next register with an attitude telling the other employee “ I don’t know what he wants , I can’t understand what he’s saying” . Long story short they are rude and make unnecessary comments while the customers are inside the store, highly unprofessional. I understand the service industry isn’t easy and sometimes customers come in feeling entitled but if you get asked a question in a respectful manner and have a customer that needs extra attention due to the language barrier then they should be...
