We went to the subway in the mall off Wilma and the owner accepted my friends coupon, but refused my own, even though it was valid. They tried to give my friend trouble saying that they have to override coupons. But when it came time for me to order, they refused my coupon. So we called this location who said they accept coupons. When we arrived, the gal at the counter knew it was I who called, as she was already laying out 3 pieces of parchment paper to start my order. A+ for the attention to detail and being on it before I even really walked in. Her and the other 2 gentleman working with her were extremely friendly and amusing to talk with. They swiftly made our orders and accepted my coupon as agreed on the phone. I happily made sure I could have them break my $20 so I could leave them all a tip. Read moreThis place was the worst Subway I have ever been to. Every single one of our orders was wrong. We had 4 sandwiches and none of them were right. We had a tuna on flat bread with all the veggies. It came with no veggies and barely any mayo on the tuna. There was a toasted subway club with cheese and honey mustard. It came with no cheese, no honey mustard, and was not toasted. There was a turkey melt that had no cheese and wasn’t toasted. You call that a melt?! I ordered a subway club with mayo and it came with no mayo and was missing the roast beef!!! By the time I got back to work with all the sandwiches for us And discovered everything was wrong I didn’t have time left on my lunch to go back. I mean this is just awful. So I called to complain. No one answered go figure and their voicemail box was full. Probably full from customer complaints....
Read moreI have been a faithful customer of this specific store for about 8 yrs now spending at least $21.00 a week with them. I recently started using the subway app which has always placed my order at this store. When I arrived my order was not ready because it was sent to the store on the other end of Wilma. I did not have time to drive through all of that traffic so I just asked if they could just make my meal there. They told me yes however they would have to charge me again. Keep in mind subway has been paid for the meal already through the app. Upon calling the other subway I was told they could not cancel my order or reimburse me. So I have one store that will not make my $7 meal and one that will not refund me for a sandwich I could not get. So you got my $7 but you will from this point forward loose out on the $1,100 I spend...
