Unlimited time for my lunch, I will never go to this Zaxbys again. After the absolute worst service from receiving the order at the drive-up window, which they did not give a receipt for my order, to making the call speaking to Ms Beverly, who's the manager at the store. The manager tells me though they're going to replace my meal, to get my meal replaced I need to waste more time to go back down which is 3.2 mi from my job and that I need to bring the messed up salad that they gave me back to them!! I don't have a problem taking the salad back, but I'm hungry now not when I get off work at 8 p.m.. The manager didn't tells me just bring my receipt and they'll replace it will first off they didn't give me a receipt when we went through the drive-thru. One of those days when you're hungry at work you have limited time to go get something to eat then where you go to screws up your order and the manager tells you that you have to have your receipt which they didn't give me. This was always my favorite Zaxbys store in Clarksville. I explained to the manager over the phone be assured I will not be back!!! I loved eating there at least once or twice a week. Moral of the story if they screw up your order you better hope they gave you a receipt. Because this Zaxbys does not go out of their way to make any of their customers happy or to keep their customer base. First off my order was wrong I ordered a black and blue chicken salad with grilled chicken. Got back to work, and had a buffalo chicken salad. No lunch for today, I hope the manager at Zaxby's on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Clarksville Tennessee is happy she got my $10.39 today it won't happen again have a nice day Ms Beverly. Read morePlaced an online order and was told it would be done at 7:38 pm. I knew it was busy and might go over so that was fine. I let them know my name at 7:48 and they told me it was not done. Once 7:58 comes around the lady ask for my name again and gives me a bag that's been sitting there for over 5 minutes. I asked her why she didn't call out this order like she did all the other ones and she said she just forgot. After asking for a manager and waiting another 5 minutes for slowly come out the back. She then showed no remorse over the situation at all and had a very nonchalant attitude. It definitely makes sense why the workers could care less. she only cared about getting the food back for the refund I got. She tried her best to make the refund out to be a hassle. So if you want to wait 25 minutes after your given Time to be done AND receive well below average customer service with attitude then this...
Read moreMy husband was wanting some Zaxby’s chocolate chip cookies tonight , so we ventured to the store on Ft Campbell Blvd around 7:30pm. After I placed our order of 12 cookies, we were told by the girl working the drive through that we would have to wait and asked if that was okay. She then came back over the speaker and said “my manager said we can’t make you fresh cookies just because you ask for them.” 1. They should take them off the menu if they are not providing them. 2. And more importantly, this is not how you handle a customers request. Speak to me respectfully! 3. Management sets the tone for the entire store and if your management is lacking, you better believe your team is as well.
