Dear Domino’s Customer Service,
I visited your 1012 prospect ave E, Cleveland, 44115 on 11/25/2024, 10:22 pm and experienced extremely concerning behavior from one of your staff members. The employee sneezed into her hands and continued working without washing them, which is unhygienic and unacceptable in a food service environment. When I politely addressed this, she shouted at me and rudely told me to get out of the store.
This behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to customers. I request immediate action to address this issue, ensuring hygiene standards and respectful customer service are maintained.

Read moreEverytime I ordered from here, "Sorry sir, we out of Coke". I proceed to ask for the 2-liter option, out of that too! Only thing left is the Lemonade 2-liter. Luckily, I paid a bit extra this time (I did 30% to test the service) and since calling, Mike said he would deliver me the Coke from a gas station. (Give that man a medal for going above and beyond!) If I didn't call, I would be drinking bottled water, which I could get a better water option for $3.98 somewhere else.

Attitude from the staff was appalling. One guy said "what do I expect for $6?" I don't appreciate being put on the spot in front of the other customers. I'm never going back to this location.
