Listened to the owner gaslight and talk over his employee in front of patrons. Completely unprofessional.
Commenting on the actual experience- the lady baristas were sweet & helpful in my drink selection. My latte was good too!
The place is new so there were some boxes to unpack at front door.
Could also use a good sweep every couple hours. Not really understanding why there were so many tree leaves/mud tracks on the floor.
Edit: I realize Ebreeq’s response doesn’t even ask for clarity, which means they know it was already out of line.
About 20 min into the accosting, the owner finally wanted to take the convo to the lobby.

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took time to explain the menu and even offered recommendations without being pushy. You genuinely feel like a guest, not just a customer.
It’s clear this place is about more than just coffee, it’s about heritage, craft, and hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique...
