After running past this place year after year during the Turkey trot, I was finally excited that it was opened! I got a drip coffee. It was a blend. It was excellent! 100% recommend. The vibe in here was so cute. It smelled like fresh cut wood. I love all the plants. And I loved how there was a little upstairs! And you can see into the roasting area through the window. The barista was saying how basically everything was repurposed inside, like the owners used rope for the plant pulleys off his old boat, and repurposed uhaul floors for the tables. Stopped in during the week and I’m glad I did! Solstice is a fantastic local coffee shop with terrific ownership. They are located off one of the busiest intersections in the area. There is plenty of meter parking out front and the shop is located in close proximity to the guardians stadium. I tried the peach danish and cold brew and both were fantastic! Fantastic specialty roaster and coffee shop. Cortado is next level in presentation...comes with glass of perrier. Also tastings of 3 coffees is a generous touch.
