Subway — Restaurant in Cleveland

Will never go back - There was only one employee there and a decent amount of customers. We patiently waited in line for 25 minutes!! When we got to the front my mother asked for the insides of her bread to be removed before toasting and the employee gave her a dirty look. Later my mother asked her to cut her sandwich in half, and even though originally she wasn't going to, the employee rudely replied... I got this. I noticed however that she was cordial to the other customers. My mother in her awesome Jehovah Witness way, didn't get mad and even gave her a tip. Hmph, I wouldn't have! I tip the food specialists in the Mayfield area because they are always nice and accommodating at all 3 locations. Looks like this location needs to learn from them and hire...

Just went to this Subway. The young man was behind the counter eating a sandwich in the area where they prepare the food and then sat his sandwich down to make mine. I asked him to wash his hands and he told me “It’s okay we put on gloves” 🤢. This is how outbreaks of food borne illnesses happen. Hand hygiene should be performed before and after you eat, after using the bathroom, and every time you change your gloves.
