Symon’s Burger Joint — Restaurant in Cleveland

When you buy food in an arena, you're either going to pay a lot for mediocre food, or an absurd amount for good food. Symon commits the crime of charging an absurd amount for mediocre food. Got 2 burgers, 2 fries and one soda for $60 (including a 15% tip. Not sure why I tipped. All they did was take my order and slide over pre-made burgers and cold fries. I don't tip at a convenience store. We Americans are quite stupid when it comes to tipping). The burgers were surprisingly small for a $15 burger, and really quite tasteless. The fries, which were an extra $6 each and too small to share between two people, were good in their last moments of warmth, but that didn't last. I will gladly go out of my way to avoid this sorry excuse for arena food...

Please Michael, do something about these burgers! Nothing "chef" about them. Look is poor to start. I got the thin lizzy. Took 8 bites before any kind of topping taste and not able to identify anything from the description. Cafeteria food at best. Extremely overpriced and under quality. We were very disappointed. Burgers were unspeakably bad.
