EDIT 01/31/2025: Unfortunately, service has gone even more downhill since my original review was posted therefore I will be changing my review to 1 star. Consistently awful but I keep trying to give them a chance. Today, I ordered an iced matcha lemonade and instead got a hot lemonade. Do I really need to specify that a lemonade comes cold and not hot? My order was literally rung up as "ICED MATCHA LEMONADE" - What is going on? The barista was sweet and offered to replace it however after a few minutes, the "supervisor" came out to verify my story and and to make sure I ordered it correctly? š I had to show my receipt proof that did in fact show I ordered an iced lemonade, lol.
Original Review: Used to be my favorite Starbucks. Now there is a strong delay in service no matter what time of day you go. Expect a minimum of a 30 minute wait even if you just have one item as plain as an iced coffee. Baristas do not listen to orders being received through the drive-thru speaker as they are constantly asking/reconfirming order even after being told more than 2-3 times. And sometimes that is not enough for them to get the order right once they hand it to you. I will say though, that when there are the familiar Baristas on shift, service is prompt and drinks are made perfect! Not sure if there is a new crew or what. Regardless, I will still come here and hope for better service. Looking forward to updating this review back...

This location is so so so so good with their customer service. I picked up a decently large order today and one of my drinks spilt completely all over my car. Personally in my line of work, you break or make a mistake you buy it. I came back through the drive through and asked for a remake and offered to pay again for it because it was my fault that it had spilt. I got to the window and tried to pay and he gave me the drink and said that he didnāt want me to pay. Both interactions I had with this gentleman were very nice and that was the cherry on top. I wish I had his name so I can put it in here but I didnāt catch it. Either way, Iāve never had a bad experience at this location. My receipt number was #65798896 just in case corporate sees this....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is getting a little better due to the fact that some employees , few recently hired , are showing concern for customer satisfaction. They help others with a smile. But there's still the remaining majority of employees who don't like giving eye contact to customers when they aren't responcible for the register. They will look everywhere except . Makes me feel like we are back in grade school and your pretending I'm invisible so you can get away with ignoring me. (I mean it's Just a simple "hello, we will be right with you." )Seriously people. And crack a smile once in awhile. No one needs to see how miserable you are while you work.
