After watching the barista mess up the persons drink ahead of me I though "oh well, everyone has bad days". After waiting several minutes with my antsy 5 year old, her coffee pot began to overflow. She didn't take my order, she just said "I'm shutting down. I'm closed" and waved her hand in a dismissive gesture.
This is not the first bad experience I've had at this Starbucks. I've had drinks made wrong multiple times, which I can excuse, but I can not excuse bad customer service or people that are just plain rude. Had she asked me to wait, I would've gladly waited as long as she needed me to. I won't be spending my money...
