Geek Squad — Local services in Colonial Heights

I had a major problem with my laptop, the online customer support agent referred me to Geek Squad at Bestbuy Colonial Heights VA. I took it to Geek Squad and there I met Anthony M. He's the technician who diagnosed and repaired my laptop. He's an amazing young man who's genuine in his approach to customer service, he was articulate, knowledgeable, skillful and helpful. I really appreciated the time he took to answer all my questions and I'm ecstatic that he was able to repair my laptop. He's one in a million!!! I will make a recommendation that anyone having technical issues with electronics take it Geek Squad in Bestbuy at Colonial Heights, Southpark Blvd. Va. Thank you Anthony M. Keep up the good work!!!
