This store’s online ordering is a joke. Twice now I’ve placed confirmed orders for the Scrump plush listed as “in stock.” Twice the orders were delayed and then cancelled. Even after following the manager’s advice to order on shipment day, the exact same thing happened.

Smells delightful as soon as you walk in! I found a bunch of items online prior to my visit. I figured since each item I wanted was in stock I could just run in, find the items and leave. But I just left & none of the 8 items I was looking for was available! I'm very disappointed, as I was excited to try this store. This place is excellent. I love going here to grab some Boxed Water and a snack. The self-checkout makes shopping streamlined and easy, and there's no need to talk to any associates at any point if you don't want to. A plus for people with social anxiety.
