Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had! I was looking forward to coming here during happy hour and having a couple beers and a nice, not too expensive dinner. We had so many issues. First, I asked about happy hour specials and the waiter just told us about the monthly $5 margarita. I asked about other drinks and he said it’s like 2 bucks off drinks. I ordered a beer and was expecting something on tap and he gave me a bottle. Not what I order beer at a restaurant for but fine I guess. My girlfriend ordered the blue $5 margarita and was given the wrong one. Finally our food comes out and my steak that I ordered medium was rare. He said he’ll take it back to fix it and the spoonful of butter had melted into it. They brought me out the same steak charred and well done, with another tablespoon of butter on top! I had already waited 15 minutes or so for this “fixed” steak and I didn’t want to wait any longer so I just dealt with it. I didn’t get the half order of shrimp I ordered to go with the steak so I just had it taken off the bill. I should’ve asked to not be charged for the steak but I didn’t want to be super annoying cuz there was already so many problems I had to point out. My girlfriend ordered broccoli rather than fries and she was given fries and had to wait for some salty *ss broccoli. The bill came and we were charged $2.00 for “table entertainment”. Curbside last night was a mess. The app time was not accurate or they didn’t have enough staff or just mismanaged. We arrived on time per the app estimated time. The parking lot was full as if they were fully open but all were also there for curbside. We barely saw any orders being delivered so after waiting 30 minutes, I called. The lady said they had 6 pages of orders and couldn’t tell me when ours would be ready and they had a 2 1/2 hour wait. It sounded like the kitchen was backed up according to her. We waited another 30 minutes and watched as people went inside. Many came back out with food. Trying to social distance, I called again but no one picked up. After 90 minutes, I went inside and saw packaged food sitting everywhere and several people waiting inside. Truly this was not social distancing and many, other than myself were not wearing a mask. I asked about my order and after a few minutes of looking, they found it sitting ready. I got to the car and realized they forgot our chips so I had to go back in and ask for them, once again exposing myself and others. I have no idea how long our food had been sitting there waiting. The ice in our drinks were pretty much melted. We were missing a side salad, sides and tortillas for the fajitas and our food was cold. It seemed very mismanaged and only one person occasionally was running food, one lady on host and it seemed like several in the kitchen. This is the worst Chili's I've been to. We arrived and could see many many empty tables available through out the dining area but was told there was atleast a 20 min wait. We decided to stay as our kids were starving! After 20 min had past and we counted over 25 people leave the place we decided to go to the bar and check again for the no wait seating. The bar also had several tables open but none had been bused. We had to stop a waitress and ask if we could sit. She partially cleared the table and we sat to enjoy our evening out. After another 10 to 15 minutes another waitress came and asked what we would like to drink and if we were ready to order? I guess we missed the menus stacked on the window sill next to us. We ordered our drinks and took a look at the menu. When our drinks arrived my glass had cheese and what looked like dried lemon or lime pulp stuck to the side of it. We ordered our food. One hour later our food arrived and definitely had been under a heat lamp for the last 45 min. My youngest daughter's food was so dried out and hard... she was so hungry she made an attempt to eat it. My oldest ordered the ribs... they came to here COLD! My fajitas came Luke warm. The place is a mess! Food and trash on the floor and employees walking around with brooms and dust pans walking right past the messes to chat with other employees.
