If I could give less starts I would. I'm not typically a person that does this but this experience was so rude and so personal for absolutely no reason. My bf and I came through the other night. It wasn't horribly late. They had 2 or 3 people in the front and I'm guessing a few in the back. They were not busy at all we were the first and only cat in the drive-thru. We pulled up and the order taker(who was also the manager that night) answered asking us to please give him a moment. That's fine not a problem. We're easy to please. Well, a car pulls up and he takes their order instantly. they added us wait so that person could order first even though we got there a full 2 mins before they did. They were both super casual (the manager/order taker & the customer) they gave off employee vibes. They pull forward get their food. We hear giggling in the background of the com and they're all giggling at us. We haven't ordered at this point or had any interaction other than being told to wait. It felt like they were punishing us for arriving at all and disturbing their fun time. Were now confused and we say "Hello?" And he tells us to wait an other moment. An other car pulls up and they instantly take their order and send them forward. 10 minutes later he takes our order. He sends us forward to the "1st window". By the time we pull forward we see not only did they stiff us but they took their orders first and served their food before even helping us. WE WERE THE FIRST ONES THERE and for SEVERAL MINUTES. So we get to the window and there's a bunch of boxes in it. Very classic of fast food to not a have their first window operating. We pull to the second window and they're all goofing off. The manager with the head set and the blonde girl who does the drinks. They ignore us for a few more minutes. Finally she opens it all giggling and takes our card. Closes the window gets the drinks ready, DOES NOT give them to us and keeps our card and disappears with it for an other several minutes. At this point it's either the worst service ever, they're intentionally being rude, or stealing our info. She comes back gives us the card NO RECEIPT, no drinks. Then she tells us to pull forward to the 3rd window. We're annoyed and upset at this point but not saying anything because we don't want them messing with our food. We sit at the 3rd window for several more minutes and nobody comes. Behind us they fulfill an other two orders(2 cars) and serve them at the window INSTANTLY. After ten minutes they deliver our food to us. It's stale and cold. We thought it would at least be fresh after that amount of waiting. It's not. And guess what? No receipt STILL. We still don't have drinks or a receipt. The manager comes out and drops the drinks off with no receipt. So we ask him to bring it to us. In total we waited over 30 mins. I'd love to say they were busy or it's a rough night. But it wasn't they were absolutely playing with us and trying to ruin our night. I hope everyone that night is fired. I'm typically not the person to feel that way since I used to work fast food when I was younger and I know most of the time they're not paid well. But this is horrible treatment. We're complete strangers. Never done anything to these people. And it didn't matter. It's really shameful. Just when you think oh there might be good in the world still some regular nobodies prove that minimal basic kindness isn't a thing anymore. They didn't apologize at all. Just a bunch of eye rolls and smirks and gigging as they prank us. And all we did was say "Okay no problem!" And "thank you" and patiently wait. They just chose us to do that to still. Please DO NOT come here. It's a fancy looking McDonald's but has the worst employees. I'm never coming back and I'm telling everyone...

They set the rude tone at the order speaker ,then comes the rude - popping her neck rolling her eyes window attendant. MILITARY DISCOUNT Is a fraud!!! Two days ago was my third time trying to get that discount 1st time - I get to the pay window and ask for the discount and I got the rude guy that day saying . You have to let us know at the speaker when ordering. I cancel the order and leave .. on principle because I know that has never been a policy. 2nd time-A couple months pass and I am back there again, announce military at the speaker- I get to the window and they say "we can't give you a discount because part of your order was already on special. I ask "can't you discount the rest of my order? They danced around their ridiculous answer of "We can't separate"...- but once again I cancel and leave on principle. 3rd time 3 days ago ... Yes I might be a little hard headed , but I kind of think those rude employees quickly move on to a new job at higher paying burger joint. Now I know it's not the employee it's the tone and atmosphere set on a higher level . The last time I order at the speaker and get to the window with yet another rude attitude, snappy tone female telling me that she can't give the discount because there isn't a manager there. Now we all know that there is always a manager at McDonalds... they are never going to leave the employees on a power trip to run the joint...LOL I cancelled and left once again .............McDonalds S. Circle Get your staff together! Spend some money an train the rude and incompetent employees ( I know you might think the position doesn't need extensive direction or training, but look at your staff). The ones with the attitudes shouldn't be interacting with your guest , they should be working that attitude out on the toilets or the dishes ... with the mop!!! One last thing ... Stop offering a Military Discount if you don't adamantly stand behind such an important offering. As a 2nd generation military family , we are less offended by by those companies that simply do not offer a discount than those who act like they want to , but they set "special days" like the discount is available the second Wednesday of the month , or in your case power tripping employees deciding if an when they want to give the discount. FINAL NOTE- don't trust google reviews because this McDonalds still standing strong at 3 stars despite numerous 1 star reviews...
Read moreI went there today I ordered a McDouble $5 meal with no salt on my burger in a medium fry and two drinks. The fries were cold. The burger was wrong. So I went back through to get the burger remade I was told to go to the third window and wait sat there for over 10 minutes waiting just watching everybody else that was in the line behind me get their food which was like 15 people. Finally my 6-year-old needed to use the restroom of course always at the worst time so we just parked and went inside. When I asked the person at the counter about my sandwich it had been sitting there waiting to get bagged probably for the whole 15 minutes if not longer. So I asked for the manager that I spoke to at the window and asked for a refund. While I was sitting there waiting for the refund I was watching the two making the sandwiches in the back. They both continue to play on their phones while having gloves on did not change them whatsoever. And then continue to make more food. After the manager gave me my refund I explained to him what I saw he didn't even say anything he just said basically okay and acted like he went to go talk to him and I left.on my way out I'm not going to lie I informed every single person you may not want to eat here cuz they just played on their phone and didn't change their gloves which was about three people. Because if the tables were turned I'd want somebody to warm me too. The environment was really sketchy to be honest with you and nobody seemed happy nobody had good customer service and while I was waiting for my refund the guy in the back making the sandwiches kept giving me the dirty looks dirty looks dirty looks every time I look back there he was giving me dirty looks and it looked like they were sitting there talking s* about me which I could be completely wrong but I don't think I am so even though I got my sandwich.. and a refund I didn't even eat it because I felt like they had already done something to it and that's why he kept looking at me the way that he did that is just assuming so I could be wrong. But I will never go to this...
