The worst food experience and customer service I received in the Springs in 2 weeks of being here. I’m a vegan Ironman triathlete and have been in customer service as a business owner in 3 cities for 17 years and have never met a more miserable and rude server/manager than this guy named Nick working the counter. First, he looks at me weird when I say I can’t have falafel if they are fried in oil and I let him know “instead of looking at me that way, can You suggest something nice that is vegan?” He then started to make a weak effort and adds a minuscule amounts of tabouleh, artichokes and mushrooms into a plate and forgets the most important ingredient: Hummus. He charged me $10.50 for the plate in the photo (photo taken before I even touch the plate)
As I sit in the park to try to forget and enjoy the meal, I relieved the hummus is missing and a go back and let him know. He acts as if it’s my fault and gives me the attitude again with a weak and insincere “I apologize”.
I warned him from the start than I’m a reviewer and I will leave feedback, but he didn’t care which is typical to employees nowadays. Nothing to lose. They clock-in, clock-out, collect their paycheck and screw the owner. He sarcastically said the name of the owner is Ronald in a show of both carelessness and...

Stellar experience every time I've been in because of the friendly staff, usually fast service, and the amazing food!
You can feel the care that went into their recipes and cooking. The zaatar spices on their pita bread are unmatched (I've tried. Many many times) and their falafel is the best in town. You cannot go wrong here.
The menu offers a wide selection of Mediterranean options including salads and platters. They also have daily specials. They stock many different drink options as well, including some beer and wine choices, juice, soda, and cider.
I highly recommend the vegetarian platter to experience a wide array of flavors and textures (including both the amazing falafel and pita bread). For meat eaters, the gyro salad or platter are also solid choices.
I try to go to this place whenever I get the opportunity. Good food that's good for you at a fair price. What more do you...
Read moreMy mom and I visited this café after a long 7 hour drive from Utah, and she sat outside with our dog (a registered service animal) while I went in with a mask on. They did not have all the items on the menu (much-needed coffee being one of them), and the bathrooms were incredibly dirty.
When my mom came in to help me carry the food to our car, she brought our well-behaved service animal on a leash. The owner or manager or something saw her service vest, but told us to get our dog out of there (which is illegal under the American Disability Act). We told him she was a service animal, and he continued to tell us where she was and was not allowed to be. We immediately left, and we took a few bites of the food and immediately threw it out ($39!). We are not picky eaters, but this was some of the worst food we have ever had. Parts of it were tasteless and dry, and other parts tasted days-old. We’re worried we...
