My family of 7 and I visited here a year ago when they first opened. The food was amazing! However, with new establishments they were still figuring out the timing with food coming out - which was understandable. We waited a bit - but IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. How did everything on the menu taste SO good!?
Today, (1/21/24) we visited again. Surprisngly, one of the owners remembered my family. Very impressive, considering we'd only visited once - a year ago. He joked about it being 10 years since we were last here and seated us quickly. It's always shocking when my family of 7 can be seated quickly and it was packed [only about 3 tables were left open and we took two]. They had a ton of to-go orders going out to yet they managed to get all of our food out in a decent time. I'd say it was about 30 minutes tops considering how much we ordered. Even within that time we had gotten our apps too.
We ordered the following: 2 Kid Macs w/Fries; 1 Small Shrimp Pho; 2 Large Seafood Phos [1 - Added Chicken]; 1 Med. Seafood Pho; 1 Catfish Nugget w/Fries and Coleslaw; 1 Large Fried Rice; 1 Side of Mac; 10 piece Wing [5-You're a Jerk & 5-Garlic Parm] w/Mac Side: 10 piece Wing [5-Honey Hot Siracha & 5 - Cajun Dry Rub] w/Veggie Side; 2 Orders of Cheese Wontons; 1 - Chicken Egg Rolls; A bunch of canned & bottled drinks
For all of this we spent about $270 including a tip, but EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! The food tempertures were right. You could tell they brine or marinade their chicken wings or something because you not only tasted the sauce or dry rub on the wing's exterior but on the inside there were bursts of flavor. These were the reg. wings so I can only imagine what the infused ones taste like.
The broth in the pho has soooo much flavor. We didn't have to add any salt, pepper, or anything outside of the vegetable plate they give you to add to your pho.
The atmosphere is great. There's popular music playing, enough seating for about 30 to 40 people at one time, but there's obly two bathrooms. Most importantly, the staff is soooo friendly and personable. They treated my family like we'd known each other for years - both times.
We're looking forward to coming back again and supporting...

From the moment you walk in the door, the energy and kindness of the staff is evident, and you're made to feel more than welcome. You can feel the care and passion these folks are putting into their business and also into their customers. We came in just at the end of a big rush, and they were completely transparent in letting everyone that was arriving/being seated know that they needed to catch up in the kitchen ahead of serving the next rush - 100 percent awesome on their part to ensure clean dishes, top notch food and so forth. Vibes were also on POINT with the eclectic range of music being pumped into the room on actual ranged speakers I might add.
Their menu and overall vibe is an amazing blend of cultures and flavors, something my wife and I have missed immensely. We happened to stumble in here for the first time during a special crawfish boil they were doing - and holy hell it was absolutely top notch. Spicy enough to enjoy without regretting how much you ordered, and juicy as all get out. Let me tell you about the "crack sauce" which renders your need for drawn butter absolutely useless. My wife had the pho, and the house-made broth was deep and flavorful, meat was bright and fresh, as were the herbs and accompaniments. Crab rangoons were some of the best we've had in as long as I can remember - again obviously made in house with love. Couldn't stop eyeballing other patron's plates of what looked like perfectly cooked/sauced wings and so forth.
Was legitimately blown away by the overall experience. Uriah and Ed have something really amazing in the making, and we cannot wait to see what they bring in the months to come as they continue their development. Do yourself, and our local small business owners a favor and go check them out IMMEDIATELY. Place was bustling the entire time we were there. I mean this in the best way possible, but this felt like eating the best home-cooked food at your best friend's house - such was the experience. We left with huge smiles on our faces. These guys are putting the hard work in and will make it absolutely...

The server was kind and personable and that also encouraged us to stay and try it out. Having seated ourselves, the first trouble is partly on me. Wanting to not seat our bouncy kid right next to other patrons, I made the mistake of sitting at a table that had the flashing lights directly in our eyes, not just at adult height, our 5 year old was also disliking them in hers. So we shifted seats to avoid it, which put us all facing the walls in a dark corner. I glanced around but it seemed most of the open tables would have the lights to avoid, even if we asked if we could move tables so we stayed there. I guess some people would like that ambience but I was getting a headache and my little one was not her normally bubbly self after sitting down, too. The water served had an awful taste so none of us drank it, which is not normal for us. We inquired about the kid's mac n cheese vs the side dish mac, to see if it was worth ordering. We were told it was Kraft mac n cheese and the side dish version was "like Stouffers." I was not thrilled to pay $6.99 for just kraft mac n cheese, and with nothing else. Then upon serving we were told, it was "upgraded to the other mac n cheese." (The one that's $3.50 on the menu, yet we were still charged the kid's meal price and for a very small portion.) She wasn't really eating it so we tried it to see why. It was so bland and tasteless. No wonder. The pho ga broth was ok. The portion of pho vegetables is the smallest I've seen but they did seem fresh. The shredded chicken in it was very, very chewy. I've never had it served that way. Overall, service was good, maybe we should've tried other dishes or sat somewhere else. The server did ask about ways to improve which I did appreciate but I was hesitant to speak up with my headache from the lights and not drinking water, I just wanted to go home, yet still needed to...
