They seem to be prioritizing online orders over walk ins, which is understandable to an extent. However, the lady working the counter acted like she just didn’t really want to take our order at all from the moment we walked up because she had a big online order come through at the same time. Despite her attitude, we agreed to wait, no biggie. My last straw was when the person with the online order came in, saw us waiting and told the subway worker that she could take our order first since we had been waiting and she didn’t really mind. The worker mumbled something about how she would rather lock herself in the back and proceeded to ignore the kind offer and continue on with the online order instead of just taking our order after several minutes of us waiting at the counter. To add further context, my fiancé and I were the only other customers in the restaurant the whole time besides a man who was eating his food at a table. I would understand if there had been a line out the door in addition to this big online order but it was one sandwich she could have just made in the time she went to the back to do I don’t know what, lock herself in to avoid us I guess. I just found it all very rude and bizarre and ended up leaving empty handed. This was my first time in and I will not return to this location, it is obviously poorly run and the workers seem overworked and unhappy. You need more than one person...
Read moreI always order a Veggie Delight and even when I order in person they will give very little vegetables to where I uncomfortably have to keep asking for more..I mean it's the whole sandwich. When we order online half the veggies will be missing and it will be overloaded in mayo. Because of this, we tried this new location. It's further away, but I AM SO HAPPY WE DID! I didn't get an employee name and it isn't on the receipt, but he was the only one working with 3 customers when we came to pick up, but our order was actually ready. This never happens at other locations. Not only that, but my sandwich was the best one I've ever had. Like.. stupidly good. Give that kid a raise! I'm so happy we have a new location to go to. Read moreI had ordered catering from another company for a meeting, and they canceled on me the morning of the event. Subway, you really need to fix your website!! Many of the links are broken, and when I called the catering line, When it picks up, it immediately hangs up on you every single time.
Fortunately, I called this location and Spoke with Bobbi. Explained the situation and she was so kind and helpful. Bobbi is so kind and works so hard. At a time when good employees are hard to find, you are lucky to have her. Please treat her well and give her a raise because after she finished making my catering order the lunch rush started and she was there alone.
