There’s a problem everytime I order food from here whether it’s the drive thru or on the app. Today I came to pick up a few meals and they gave us the wrong sandwich and one of the sandwiches was missing pickles which is supposed to be included. When I arrived I was told the bbq sauces that were supposed to be included were no longer available and then later when I got home with the food and discovered one of the sandwiches had the wrong meat and one was missing pickles was told they no longer had pulled pork sandwiches on their menu so they went ahead and gave us two brisket sandwiches but didn’t bother to let me know when I picked up my order. Their communication is horrible. When I’ve come to order in the drive thru, workers are rude and try to rush me while I’m ordering my items instead of listening and as a result our orders have not been correct and these have been days when it was not busy no other cars in front or behind us. I have no clue if the management is dropping the ball but this is unacceptable. Fast food jobs are not difficult, I’ve worked several while I was a teenager before we have the technology we have now. Read moreYesterday, I placed a mobile order and went to this location to pick it up. Upon arrival, my order was not ready, despite the fact that I had allowed extra time for it to be prepared. I noticed that my order was not on the takeout rack, so I let others go ahead of me, thinking that my order would be ready soon. Unfortunately, it was not.
After everyone else's orders were processed, I asked the lady behind the counter about my mobile order and waited until it was finally ready. During this time, a gentleman's order came up, and when the lady handed him a bag of food, he informed her that it was for dine-in. She then grabbed a tray, dumped his sandwiches onto it, and handed it to him.
When I finally received my order, the lady showed no engagement or acknowledgment. I asked her for Arby’s sauce, and while she retrieved it and handed it to me, there was no interaction. I politely thanked her, hoping for at least some engagement in return, but received none.
Previously, I had given this location a five-star review, but unfortunately, this visit has compelled me to change my mind. I'm wondering if management has changed or the current one is not...
Read moreI’m a over the road truck driver that will stop in here a couple time a month and when I do I normally will park across the road in the parking lot next to McDonald’s so I can walk across the road to get Arby’s but after today I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location anymore. The lobby doors were locked when I got there at 11:30am so I called the phone number to see what I could/needed to do to order some food. I explained to the guy that answered the phone that I’m a truck driver and I walked over from the truck parking across the road and all he told me was there is nothing he could do, then he told me to call DoorDash and they can get it for me. I told him why would I pay them to get me food when I’m at the place I’m wanting food from, then he told me that I could walk through the drive through and I informed him that they had a long line of cars and that wouldn’t be very safe and he said well there’s nothing I can do.
