Groovy's Mac n Cheesy and Hideaway Bar — Restaurant in Colorado

Well I could probably give this place a better review if we could ever try their food. We come to Keystone annually and we’re excited for a new food option in River Run. Our girls liked the concept of a Mac n Cheese restaurant and our first night there, we walked in (doors were propped open) and the man behind the counter said they weren’t open. This was around 6:30PM and well within their advertised operating hours. Oh well, we didn’t think it was a huge deal as their hours said they were open every day. The entire week we were there, they never opened again. To the business owner, either adjust your posted operating hours or hire more/better help. We thought the kids would like this place but the guy making the food had really long curly hair that wasn't pulled back in any sort of ponytail and it was getting in all the food! I watched it touch the serving spoon and dip in the container of breadcrumbs...ew...What happened to dress codes in restaurants and the food industry in general??? 🤦‍♀️ Also there is no air conditioning apparently and it was gross to eat hot food in a hot restaurant. I hate to do this, but trying to get food from here has been a nightmare. I have come on 3 seperate occassions, 2 of those of those occassions were on a weekends. All 3 times the store was closed, lights were off, no one was inside, & the doors were locked. I dont know if the store is closed for the season. They should have at least annouced with a paper sign or even a google update. I have wasted my time and I am very disapponted. On top of that, there is no phone number so I cant speak...
