After eating a bowl with tofu, everything was fine...until the day after when I started puking my guts out. I ended up getting food poisoning, and didn’t go there for months. Then I made the mistake of going there again to just give them another chance, until I got food poisoning ONCE AGAIN. At this point I was furious. Months later, I had one more run to just give them one last chance, hoping they would be better, and had a couple good bowls. The last one I had was alright, then I bit into something really hard that felt like plastic. I didn’t even know what it was but I just decided to throw it away. What’s funny is that a couple of coworkers went and a green bug literally hopped out of my manager’s bowl. So disgusting. It’s an Asian chipotle! You can select the base, the protein and the toppings, and there, you have it!!
We had the purple rice for the base and the steak for the protein, plus several of the cold and hot toppings. The purple rice was perfectly cooked and had an interesting taste to it. I definitely suggest it over the white rice. The steak was small chunks of tender meat braised in a tasty savory sauce which was great. All the toppings were extremely fresh and delicious. Kimchi was a bit bland and not among the better kimchi’s I tasted but still acceptable.
The price is a steal for the portion you get and they also have free miso soup...

I placed an order at 8:04pm on a Saturday, well inside their listed delivery hours. Their website took the order, charged my credit card, and simply never delivered anything!!!
Apparently they use Doordash as their courier service, and all I received was a cancellation notice from Doordash at 10:20pm.
To add insult to injury, all of the email messages I received told me to call the local restaurant for help. But guess what happens when you call?
"Sorry, this mailbox is full and cannot accept any more recordings."
So my wife never got her food, I was given a terrible runaround, and I never got my money back.
