An Unforgettable Experience at Boston's Pizzeria in the Arena District
Since moving across the street from Boston's Pizzeria in the vibrant Arena District, this spot has quickly become my go-to destination for great food, amazing service, and an atmosphere that feels like home. Every visit starts with warm smiles and a welcoming vibe that makes you feel like family. It’s truly one of those rare places that lives up to the saying, "Where everyone knows your name!"—and trust me, that’s a very good thing.
The Staff: Pure Excellence Let’s talk about the heart of this place—the staff. I usually find myself at the bar, and the team behind it is nothing short of exceptional. Huge shoutouts to:
Hailee
Alex
Lexie
Hailey
Madison
And of course, Skylar—ladies first, buddy!
These bartenders are absolute superstars. No matter how packed it gets—especially on Blue Jackets game nights when it's standing-room-only—they handle it all with flawless efficiency and contagious energy. Drinks are always flowing, and the service never skips a beat.
When my family joins me for a sit-down meal, we’ve had the pleasure of being served by Blair, who is always so kind and attentive. She’s fantastic and makes every family visit just as enjoyable.
The Food: A Flavor Explosion Now, let’s dive into the food—because WOW. I’ve worked my way through about 19 different items on their menu (yes, more than once), and every dish has been a hit. The menu offers just the right variety: enough options to excite you but not overwhelm.
Some of my absolute favorites include:
Grilled Chicken – Always perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful. The portions are generous enough to turn into two satisfying meals.
Boneless Wings – A must-try. I’m hooked on the creamy buffalo sauce—pure perfection.
Pizza Burger – Imagine a juicy burger wrapped in a pizza. Sounds wild? It’s insanely delicious and something you have to experience for yourself!
Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza – My go-to pizza every time. Crispy, cheesy, and loaded with pepperoni—just how pizza should be.
Honestly, I could rave about the menu all day, but the bottom line is this: if you’re in the Arena District, Boston's Pizzeria is a must-visit. The combination of incredible food, top-tier service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a place you’ll want to return to again and again.
Do yourself a favor—stop in, grab a drink, and indulge in something delicious. You...

My family (a group of six) stopped in for dinner after spending a nice evening together. The meal itself was decent, and we were enjoying our time—until the service completely unraveled at the end.
Our waitress made several errors when processing our checks, charging three different cards incorrectly. When my sister (rightfully) asked to see the checks again, the waitress responded rudely instead of acknowledging that she had clearly made very big mistakes with our checks. It only got worse from there.
The manager then came over and loudly accused us of not paying one of the bills—despite clear evidence to the contrary. One of our cards was even ultimately charged three times, and despite showing the pending charges from the bank account and approval on the receipt, we were still being told that payment hadn’t gone through. The way the situation was handled was unprofessional and honestly, quite humiliating. The restaurant wasn’t even full, yet the manager chose to escalate the issue publicly, in full earshot of other diners.
We ended up spending nearly $300 between all of us, only to be treated like we were the ones trying to get away without paying. The error was entirely on their side, and instead of correcting it with grace, they chose to double down and blame the customer.
Needless to say, we won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others. There are too many other restaurants where the staff know how to handle mistakes respectfully and...
Read moreI come to Boston's frequently for lunch as I work in the area. I was taking family to the concert last evening and I was excited to show them my "local" spot. Unfortunately the service we experienced was atrocious. We arrived at the restaurant and were told there would be a 20 min wait. We put our name on the list and the hostess said they would send a text when our table was ready. Approximately 30 mins later I received a text to say our table was ready. I went up to the host stand and said I received the text that our table was ready. She paused and said well, it's not ready yet. We stood by the stand, thinking it would be any second. Finally, after standing for an additional 10 mins, a member of our party went up and asked for an update. She said they had a table, it just needed to be cleaned off. We finally got seated about 15 mins after we received the text that the table was ready. Once we were seated, we waited an additional 20 MINUTES and no one came over. I counted 7 different waiters/waitresses who passed our table, including a manager in a red polo and no one stopped over. We finally gave up and left the table. I passed by the hostess stand and I told the hostess that no one came over to our table, so we were leaving. She stood there and did not say a thing as we walked past. I would be more understanding if the restaurant was slammed, but it was not. As I glanced around, about half the restaurant was full and the rest was dirty, empty tables. They've lost...
