This Sally’s is always stocked super well and clean. I always find what I need when I’m here and the staff has always been incredibly helpful.
I just stopped in and while I was there, the manager (I believe her name was Chelsea…so sorry if I’m spelling that wrong!) was on the phone with what I assume was corporate and was really working to make things right for another customer in there. She was polite and firm and really cared about finding a solution, which she did! After getting off the phone and wrapping up with the customer, she apologized to anyone in the store who hears what was going on…but she was super cool, calm, and collected the entire time.
Times are crazy right now, but it was super refreshing to see someone care about a situation and solve it all while maintaining a firm but positive attitude. I just had to share...

Was in this particular location on Friday June 3...gentleman at register was helpful but this one young lady with blueish green hair was no help and then I had to ask if she would come to me so I could explain my concern and help me understand packaging and pricing of my item...
