Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

Utter chaos! Last time they never even started my oder so this time I ordered 3 HOURS in advance so I could pick u ppl my pizzas after my gig again and hopefully have enough time to eat before the next. I get there 10mins after the time I chose to have it ready and they hadn't even started making the 3rd pizza! Once again I had to sit at the location and wait 15 more minutes after the already 3.5hrs I allotted them. They need to get their technology upgraded and fixed! No joke it has been an on going problem that keeps getting worse ever since they installed the chip readers (yes sadly we have been still going there that long only because other brand pizzas are too pricy and this my kids favorite). I wasn't the only one waiting for an order not recieved or completed on time. I heard them tell one guy it would be at least another hour before they START his order. Another h lady was charged 3 times but some how mysteriously her order never went through. They waisted at least 20 plus minutes of her time I gathered. They NEVER answer their phones forcing everyone to order on line yet their in line ordering system always messes up! This day in age there is NO EXCUSE for this! Top all that off they always seem to be under staffed and 2 of the guys who seems to works there the most often seem to know and do the least! Oh and to make matters worse the more you pay and order for toppings the LESS they put in the pizza. No joke you are lucky to get 1-2 toppings total per slice! So it's literally like your buying a over priced cheese pizza w the hint...

We’re visiting Ohio from Michigan for a concert and ordered a pizza, bread, and two liters to be delivered to our hotel room last night. We placed the order between 12AM and were told that it would arrive at our hotel room in 1-2 hours. We waited an hour and a half before calling to check on our order and we were then placed on hold for almost 30 minutes and no one ever picked up the phone. We then hung up the phone and tried to call back and the store was closed. Our order never showed up, and our card was still charged $50 for the order. This morning, we called management and they told us that because they closed at 3:00, they just cancelled the order so that the workers could go home, even though we made the order at 12:00AM. When we asked about the charge on our card, the manager told us that they would cancel the transaction and we would have our money back in “a few business days.” We then asked if we could physically come to the store and get a cash refund instead since we are from out of state, and the manager laughed and told us no. We then drove to the store to sort things out, and were given a receipt with the order number on it - nothing else. The manager we spoke with was Brandon, and he was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. He laughed throughout our entire interaction and went on to use the word ‘retarded’ and made another unintelligible comment as we were leaving the store. We have yet to receive any...

Me and my wife have order from this location a few times and most of the time.e it's ok but this time was horrible we placed our order at 525 pm it was to be picked up at 550 pm simple, 2 bacon, chicken ranch pizzas, one with double toppings.Both square cuts and cooked slightly well. Lol should be simple enough they wasted over 300 worth of pizza and im sure this store have a extremely high food cost because as we were there, waiting on our food, multiple other groups came back and returned their food. We had to wave 2 and a 1/2 almost 3 hours while they messed up 6 different pizzas. And then made very rude remarks about customers and customer service in general and said people always want something for free and the young black girl with the 2 ponytails through our food on the counter and walked away didn't say this is your order or anything to the point other customers were confused and thought it was there food and was opening our food and checking it the short white guy that had on the ball cap made lots of terrible comments about working in domino's and they both were talking terrible about the new GM just not at all a good experience with you guys and hopefully not what domino's wants for there future.
