Hot Head Burritos — Restaurant in Columbus

Very disappointed with my visit tonight. My husband and I have only been in the area for a few months but where we came from we visited different hot heads weekly. This is one of our favorite places to eat. Out of all the different hot heads we have been to they have made our burritos the way we wanted them with no question including not adding additional charges for extra items. We started visiting the Hilliard location a couple months ago when we moved here and they do charge for extra meat which is understandable. No problem. But tonight I asked for a little extra cheese on my burrito and I was told it would cost more money. My husband explained that except for meat we have never been told it would cost more if we ask for a "little extra" when our food was being made. This guy comes out who must be the owner and said cheese is extra, if you have more than 3 "salsas" such as Pico and corn then it is extra as well as meat. And the so called cup they use for the cheese is not even a 1/4 cup big so you don't get much cheese to begin with. So as far as I am concerned they have now lost our business. I would rather drive to Delaware, Ohio and go to their Hot Head because the service is much better and they are not penny pinching their customers just to make...

I have been eating at hot Head Barito‘s for about the last two years and eat it quite often. I have been to almost every location in Ohio. The location in Hilliard on Hilliard Rome road is by far the worst one out of all. I get the straight habanero sauce on my burrito every time. I love the sauce so much I even ended up buying some online. The brand is actually Louisiana hot sauce but it is the habanero hot sauce that you can only get online. Anyway there has been three different times that I have gone to this one in Hilliard and the employees put the sweet habanero sauce on my burrito before I can even correct them. When I do correct them they argue with me and tell me that It is the straight habanero. I tried to explain to them that I know what the straight habanero sauce looks like and definitely do not like the taste of the sweet habanero. I mean the sauces are completely different sauces the one has no heat at all and the street habanero is extremely hot. Now I have to call corporate and complain about my service for the third time. I spent way too much money at this restaurant for them to...

If i could give this place zero stars i would. They pretty much turned my bowl into soup with the amount of sauce and cheese they put on. Tonight my boyfriend asked for brown rice on his burrito. the young girl who was making our food placed one, and apparently the last, scoop of brown rice onto his tortilla and then proceeded to tell us they were out of brown rice for the night..... she emptied the remaining white rice on top of the brown rice instead of remaking his burrito. This was an hour before their location closed for the night so i hope the next people got some rice... The girl didn’t even attempt to let my pinto beans drain before plopping them into my soup. She also acted inconvenienced by having to make our food. 0/10 would recommend to a friend. Don’t waste your money at this location- read the reviews before...
