The ***$16*** so-called "philly cheesesteak" I got from this place (via GrubHub) was tiny and depressing! While it DID have quality beef and good flavor, this thing was seriously small and unsatisfying for the amount they charge. I could easily eat two or three of these and still go for desert -- and I'm NOT a big guy. They should call this itty bitty bite of a snack a NANO-SLIDER-cheesesteak. See the pictures for an illustration of the pathetic size and weight. They should charge no more than about $4 for such a minuscule tid-bit. WHAT A RIPOFF!! Suggestion to Customers: For about the same cost, SAVE YOUR MONEY and get a Jersey Mike's cheese steak -- about 4 times the size and weight, more tasty, and includes peppers and choice of at least 5 other toppings at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Suggestion to Matt & Tony (or whoever you are): Recall from your Restaurant-101 course at Columbus State -- Most of your margin should come from your DRINKS, not by gouging customers with kiddie-menu-sized grub. Lesson: Customers may COME for the drinks, but will return for the food. [Disclaimer: I have no financial interest in JM's -- just a guy who likes good value for his hard-earned dollar]

we gotta talk about these cheese sticks y'all. okay so first of all, this is another one of those hidden gems in columbus that make you wonder how we aren't in the discussion for Best Food In the Country. at the very least, we have some of the best variety. and this place is part of that -- from standard bar fare to an entire half chicken cooked peruvian style, this menu's got a lot to offer. but these cheese sticks are the centerpiece of this menu. my friends, these are not just pulled out of a GFS box. these are hand breaded with panko and herbs, deep fried, and as big as something i can't describe on Google Maps. and they are BEAUTIFUL. paired with their marinara sauce, it's a sweet and savory experience that makes other appetizers cry in shame. their cheese sticks aren't just the best in the city, they could be among the best in the entire COUNTRY. absolutely 5 stars, and worth every penny of their very competitive prices. imma get that half chicken next time i'm here, and there absolutely WILL be a next time. put columbus on the Best Food map, for real.

It used to be such a great place but they have hired new staff that seem to mess up every order. Because I order the rattlesnake pasta usually, I have started getting it from uber eats. They are usually responsive to my requests for substitutions (spaghetti noodles with no extra cheese) but newer staff have said they cannot accommodate since it was not made through Uber Eats and it will be an up charge. We’re talking about an up charge for an item to be removed and for noodles to be substituted on top of the $5 up charge that is already applied on the pasta to order from Uber Eats. For that, you might as well get the original rattle snake pasta from J Alexander’s for $2 cheaper than what they are charging. On top of that, each time there is something missing. The following picture I had to take back because of the missing red onions than the red peppers were missing. If I knew would need to come up here after ordering delivery on Uber Eats, I would’ve just ordered in person for $5 cheaper or ordered from J Alexander’s.

First of all, I love the food here!! My family always gets carryout from here! We are big fans! I'm a career sever and I understand the workings of a restaurant. However, I came in at 12:15 for lunch with my 3 year old son. The only low table seating was right next to the door which was not ideal but whatever. Not very busy for this time of day which is awesome. Our server never came to the table. I've watched multiple people walk by us with no acknowledgement. The young lady who ended up being our server even walked by our table and had a full-blown conversation with the host, who, by the way, never felt the need to mention to her, " hey, you got sat and this is your table." So a few more minutes pass and my son asks me, "Is our food coming?" And I say to him, "Our server has to come and talk to us first." Hearing this, the host asked us if anyone came to talk to use. You ate 2 feet away from me! You know nobody has come to my table. So he grabs the server he was talking to. She comes over and said, " Has anyone helped you yet?" Ummm clearly you know the answer.... fast forward food came out. Everything tastes great, as usual. BUT THEN! I ordered a shot of makers mark and she asked if I wanted a lemon or lime😱 Now I'm just being nitpicky, and I understand that. But I just felt as if I had to mention. Anyway food is always on point. This is the first time I dined in and it will be my last. Not a Karen, I just hold servers to the standard that I...

We were there last night and I saw the most rudest thing ever. A young woman came in to pick up her food she ordered online that was already paid for. They threw a fit because she didn't have a mask, he rudely handed her a mask yet huge amount of people not wearing them in there including myself as we sat there. Then he made a fuss about seeing something on her phone to able to get her food. She goes outside comes in shows her phone to him she gets her food, this man ran after her to YELL "get a gym membership as*shole" I was floored. To think someone from pat and gracie's would have someone working there that would think of doing this is unbelievable.

Then she came back in to talk to the manager and manager was rude. Telling a customer "I'll talk to him" means she's not going to do anything to the host. The customer never once called anyone a bad word so on top of everything this customer went through yall call her a liar.. I won't eat here until one of the two gets fired. I'll make sure to tell everyone I know. Fat shaming is one of the things I draw...
