Milkshake Momma (Mama)… Southern Roots — Restaurant in Columbus

Hubby and I visited Milkshake Mama yesterday. We got one of their specialty milkshakes. It was a 16 oz shake that was only half full and cost $17! The Little Debbie snack cakes did not make up for the fact the glass was half empty. I also did not want or need a souvenir glass. I'll be sticking with Steak & Shake or DQ going forward. I was def ripped off at Milkshake Mama.

The assertion that I have only left one star reviews is a lie. No wonder your employees are awful and don't do their jobs, they take their cue from management.

I saw no need to complain to the person who KNEW she had only given me half a shake. What would be the point? I can only assume she did this because I refused to tip before she provided the service...her job that you supposedly...

When my family visited from Florida, we visited the lovely restaurant they recommended. I came from LA to Colombus on business and stayed at the hotel next door. Running into this place was the best food experience of my life. The workers were warm and welcoming and full of hospitality. The place was cute and adorned very nicely. The food was amazing as well. I can honestly say this place has had the best milkshake I’ve ever tasted.
