Manager's attitude was inappropriate and made many people uncomfortable.
Staff was excellent. Shame on the manager's public melt down.
First off, we had a large group, with a reservation 3 mo. ahead of time. Our reservation fell on Father's day weekend. So yes, I get that it is an important Saturday to make lots of money. Don't worry we spent a butt load of money at your restaurant and we're there for 2hrs max.
Initially our tables were split up, which defeats the purpose of a family breakfast, but the staff was fine with us trading our booth for an additional table.
This didn't go well will the manager. An older gentleman dressed in business casual blew up on his staff in front of the entire dining area. Throwing a fit that they moved a table for us. (Probably just watched The Bear and thought being mean was cool).
Now there is a small gap in the dining area. Not only was our group uncomfortable at the outburst, but other diners were looking over at the specitical. If you are going to discipline your staff for any reason, do it in private, don't embarrass yourself, your establishment, or worst of all your staff. After his blow up, he paced the dining area staring out our table like a lion ready to pounce. Super uncomfortable. If you are going to be a public facing manager, and you are unhappy about a situation, put on a smiling face and calmly provide your staff solutions.
What was very surprising is the staff just reacted like this was normal behavior from the manager... They just brushed it off, put on a smiling face and provided excellent service.

And I am so so so disgusted by this restaurant’s, at this location, customer service. Just to mention, food quality was all right, nothing spectacular. Restaurant closes at 9 pm , people know that means kitchen is closed, no new customers are allowed to come in. We are dine-in regulars at all good local restaurants. So we very well know the norm!!!! But this restaurant kicked us out at 9:05 pm. Seriously….at 9:05 pm!!!!!! We were a bunch of women celebrating an occasion with our kids. We were chitchatting, laughing, having a good time while waiting for our rides…which was 10 minutes away. We were a 13 people big group with mostly teen among kids , so we gave them very high dollar value of business also. The manager came and asked us to leave at 9:05 pm , since “they closed at 9pm”….. bunch of women with kids to be standing outside in dark……. Disgusting customer service…. Very incapable manger…very disrespectful and uncaring to customers.
I have been to other restaurants of this grade and better ones, one to two times almost every week and no other good restaurant does this. They don’t ask their customers to go outside, unless it’s wayyyyyyy past closing time. This is beyond reasonableness!!
There are so many other good restaurants around this Polaris area with same or many have better quality food. Go there instead of this horrible customer service place and keep your dignity while spending...

She wasn’t honest about pricing for veggies included in the omelette, then did not take any steps to rectify it. We still tipped her 20% but you’d think after forgetting to bring our waffle out with our food & us having to remind her, her never refilling our waters after we watched her refill the waters next to us, & then the lack of honesty about pricing upcharges for veggies she would have done something to make it right, especially when she said “sorry i didn’t know until i started punching it in the computer there was a charge”
I just feel like if she knew what we did she definitely would have been much more attentive but its fine. I emailed guest relations because I was hoping they would try to make it right but due to no response, I’m leaving this review the service as minorities is why we will not be back. But the food was delicious, its just hard when you’re the only brown in the room then you feel like service ontop of that isn’t consistent. My husband is a man of few words tho so he tipped & we left. But I was just not happy, no genuine apology each time she dropped the ball & just a lack of communication about things even after she was made aware we’d be charged. Like at least ask us if we still want the veggies. Each little sprinkle was almost a dollar each. & not even a “since it was my mistake i took half off or wiped it after forgetting your waffle & it coming out 15 min after you guys were eating” just not a...
