Had the worst canes experience last night. Should've known better. All of the people giving this place 5 stars was lying and must live close, and wants to keep a Cane's close. But this one is bad, I hope the two girls equally annoyed write a bad review as well.... It was about 10:30 last night. There was 2 girls already waiting. But when the manager asked to take my order, they had the worst attitude. I say they because I'm not sure of gender. But they were blonde, petite, wearing a nasty condescending tone when talking to customers. I heard the tone when she was talking to the girls in front. She gave me the same attitude. When they walked away, I asked the girls did they sense an attitude too?? They agreed and said I had just missed how she handled the previous customers... this person at Cane's last night was really rude, they talked to you with this dull condescending tone underneath, which was very surprising coming from management. Or at least I think it's a manager. They wore a red shirt, straight up and down like a board. With blonde hair wearing a hat. I can see that this person is not management material by cleanliness of restaurant. ( Lobby was dirty), by friendliness of business environment, ( not very welcoming) and staff management.( overheard employees complaining of wanting to find new job) Fail, fail, fail......if your a true fan of hot chicken, hot chicken, which combo you pickin'? Go to Cane's location up further olentangy near Ackerman. They have way better customer service!! It almost makes the food taste better.... I personally will never come back to this location, I hope the guy/girl gets demoted or transferred to a different location for this locations sake. If management is wondering why their Cane's isn't doing good as the...

I always wonder why so many people want to get into the chicken game since it's not an easy thing to do differently. But I really enjoy Raising Cane's every time I go. Their chicken is always hot and fresh and the Cane sauce is tasty.

I've been to a few locations in Columbus. This one was new and a bit further from OSU's campus, so the decor is less football and more calm. Which is kind of nice. But no one goes to these places for atmosphere.

Cane's differentiator is they serve only tenders. So the sandwich is three tenders. They're a good size and three will fill you up.

My only complaint is overall they could stand to add a pinch or two of salt to their batter. The chicken is always fresh but it's missing a little bit of flavor. Minor issue that is helped by the Cane sauce. However, this go round, I asked for extra expecting them to give me a small cup on the side. Instead they put it on the sandwich and it was slathered on the huge piece of lettuce instead of on the bread. I took the lettuce off, because it's tough to eat it across tenders vs a breast. Maybe shredded lettuce would work better with tenders. I don't know. I'd likely not get lettuce next time.

They serve crinkled fries. A lot of times people burn crinkle fries, but Cane's fries are good. And they give you a decent amount.

Cane's is less like chick-fil-a and more like Zaxby's in style and flavor. So they're sort of competitors to CFA but not really. Depending on what flavor you want you'd likely be a...

The Slaw obviously! LoL kidding that's such a hard decision to make as the hubby and myself always share the Caniac Meal with a Gallon of Lemonade or Tea and we definitely love our toasted bread as we order extras usually and the fingers of Chicken with the special Cane's Sauce! We love the new location here and it's so atmospherically friendly for all sorts of eclectic diners and their friends and families! They also have the best ever Unisex bathrooms that lock for privacy! Lastly, as for if there is ample parking ... that answer is YES there is most definitely plenty of parking!

If I'm paying the price I expect hot food, got a caniac and extra toast/sauce. Almost $20 for 1 combo, I coulda got 2 large pizzas but I chose canes, 2nd time I've went right before closing time at this location and the food is cold. For 1 combo almost $20 my food needs to be piping hot. My guess is they trying to clean early an d shut down everything and the food sits. This was the last straw for me, if I'm goina splurge and spend that much it needs to be hot and fresh, absolutely ridiculous. Fries were almost raw, barely cooked and cold stale.
