Worst fast food experience I've ever had. Fire everyone at this place and start over. I ordered online, got to Rally's drive thru and waited for 15 minutes. Of course, only one drive thru line was being utilized. Only 1 car moved that entire time. I finally got to order, or rather tell them that I already ordered, then was instructed to pull put of the line and that they'd bring my food out when it was ready. By this point, my food should have been ready for 20 minutes. But I tried waiting....for another 20 minutes. Finally I got out, went inside and waited for 5 minutes inside. Nobody. Came. To. The. Window. So I left and went to another restaurant where I got my good in 3 minutes flat.
Please. Please. Please. Rally's Corporate, if you read this, I'm pleading that you hire new staff. I'll make it easy for you. I waited from the time frame of 6:15pm to 7pm on Wednesday the 28th at the Columbus, IN Rally's on National Rd.

Read moreI pulled into the drive thru and 2 employees were standing in the drive thru lane with the side door open smoking. The girl went inside and the male employee continues smoking while staring at me. Then he yelled "what's up" so I nodded back. Then he yelled "it don't speak redneck" referring to the speaker where I placed my order. Then he slowly went inside. I have no idea why. I don't drive a truck and nothing about me looks "redneck" so I guess it's because I'm white? Idk if I got spit in my burger or what so I threw it away.
UPDATE; Well the owner responded and asked me to follow up on their website. I called the number that was listed on their website and spoke to someone who took my # and email address and had me walk them through what happened. The guy said that Rallys does not tolerate the type of antics that I was subjected to and that someone would reach out to me regarding the incident. Well nobody has reached out. No call, no email,...

I used to love eating here, but since they've switched to an AI ordering system that is plagued with inaccuracies and bad ordering cadence, I just couldn't order despite best efforts. In addition, when I failed ordering properly again and again, I was yelled at by the human working there about how he couldn't help me in person and i should eat somewhere else. I couldn't believe the way I was treated by this particular individual because of a poor upgrade to their ordering process. Due to my love of really food, I tried again a few weeks later with more hope of a better experience, however the automated attendant failed again and I got the same worker upset with me because I could get an order right with machine. I will no longer be a customer of at least this location, and very much likely for others that employ this very restrictive and capital productive...
