Ted's Montana Grill

First off, all this was my daughter & I first time dining at Ted Montana. We were going to see Trans-Siberian Orchestra at Nationwide; we saw the reviews and menu seemed to have a little bit of everything. We were greeted, added to the waitlist, which we were told would be about 45 mins to an hour. We had over two hours to kill so we sat at the bar to wait. We ordered homemade chips and water. Was very busy, it's a very cramped space wouldn't recommend unless you asked and waited for a booth. We sat along the wall in a space two chair table that felt like we were always in the way as we were in the direct path of the kitchen. Also note it is not wheelchair accessible you may be able to get through the door, but you couldn't go to the bathroom and would have to sit at the first table in front of the door with the constant air flow from the door. Anyway, our chips came cold not room temp but cold and it had several random French fries which made me think they were reused. We waited under the quoted 45 minutes for a table so that was nice. Our waitress was a delight. On a side note, as we were leaving the concert, she was on a smoke break, recognized us and asked how the concert was. Very sweet. Keep her at all costs! Food was just ok honestly nothing special, fish was mostly brown and squishy and daughter got the bison burger and kale salad. Neither of us finished our food. It took well over an hour to get our food so we didn't stick around for dessert but what made this experience THE WORST was while we were there not ONE but TWO waitresses ran by us to the back crying over, we have to assume was a manager. He was a tall dark-haired man with glasses. So that just killed the mood, and we couldn't wait to pay and get the heck out of the there. Wouldn't return. One star because of the great waitress! Food NOPE - Atmosphere NOPE - Service Time NOPE. Sadly, I don't have any positive about the dining at Teds.
