VERY disappointed in my experience!! I ordered via app, once I got to the drive thru (around 8:30ish pm) I told them I had a mobile order and my name as usual. They told me to pull around just like always. I pulled around and 1 car was at the window ahead of me waiting for their order. Shortly after I pull behind them they pull up about a car and a half length so I pull forward like one would and then the vehicle put their car in reverse. I was then informed by the worker at the window (mid-late 20's male with blondish hair) that the customer forgot to get their food and asked me to "pull over to number 2 so they could back up and get their food." I gladly obliged and did as I was told. Shortly after the customer that backed up pulled off. I then waited for 5-10 mins where I was told with no interaction watching them pack multiple orders in bags which I knew was not mine because I only order 2 items. I then got frustrated and backed up and then pulled back up to the window to ask what was going on with my food. The same worker that asked me to move over to making spot 2 came to the window and asked me what I needed. I informed him I had been waiting a very long time for my food. He then asked me what I had like he had never seen me. I was very frustrated and he could tell in my voice and he told me "There was no reason to be frustrated and then said he was waiting on his cook and that they make their food fresh to order" which I knew was a absolute lie! A couple minutes later I received my food and told the worker thank you and got no apology or anything just complete silence. I pull off into the parking lot to find out that I had barley salted fries that were practically cold and a room temperature sandwich..... I have worked in the food industry for more than 20 years and understand that mistakes are made but always owned up to my mistakes and tried making up for them with multiple apologies and possibly even something free. Read moreI Always ask for fresh fries! Certain staff members nice,but not very helpful, always act like they dk what u talking about when u ask for things at window. Then if u have prob one of managers if u have certain 1 will not give or fix anything unless u go back through line. Why do I need to go back through line when you messed up the order not me. & I've already paid so first come first serve but not here!!!! Why should I have to wait all that time jus for fixing order. 8x out of 10x order going to be wrong here they don't listen very well. Every item u say u want they always be like "is that all"? Ur sposed to wait so ppl can giv order not keep interrupting that's how orders get messed up they put in what they think they hear instead of actually listening & They hate giving refunds.But don't like to fix orders. I go here cuz it close to me,if there was another 1 close ide go there cuz this place is very slow. Longest I ever waited in line 40 min cuz they messed up my order then told me to go back around line so by time l got back to window it had been 40 min. This was n October. I was very angry rest of my food was cold by time got rest fixed fries cold then I said can I get different fries since I had to wait? Read moreIf you're deciding on trying the thin mint frosty, don't. They charge you $3.89 for a large, and as you see in the picture, it is anything but. In the picture I uploaded, you will see the SMALL drink that comes with the $5 biggie bag, the what is supposed to be a LARGE thin mint girl scout frosty in the middle and for reference, on the right is a regular size coffee mug. Both the "SMALL" drink and coffee mug are larger than the cup of frosty they claim is a "large" in the middle. It's a rip-off. None of them are even poured over the top of the cup as shown in all the pictures by Wendys. Mine has a flat drink cup lid, and as you can see, the frosty comes under the lid. When I questioned about this being a large, considering its extremely smaller than their "small" drink cup, I was told, " The person who made it told me it was a large so it's a large" and then she walked away. This is pretty much the hit or miss attitude at this Wendy's as well as if your order is right or not. Also, If you want your vehicle damaged, I would not go to this location. The only path that leads there is covered in potholes. When it rains, you're risking causing a lot of damage to your vehicle because you can't see all the huge potholes under the flood of water.
